After years with metro they switched their sales pitch and despite being almost a year past due for an upgrade I was told that everything "changed". After a thorough examination I discovered that the only change to my plan was a $5 a month increase and a brand new 12 month pause on any upgrade despite my phone being long overdue. There are no "perks" that they claim. They were the best of the bottom for me for many years. I have no idea what happened many months back but they have taken such a disappointing turn for the worst that I am so saddened to have been here to see.
For the same price or less with anyone else you can at least pretend they maybe care a little bit. Metro just wants new blood. You're welcome for many years of business. Thanks for nothing!

Devin was new but probably the nicest and most helpful rep since I began doing business with Metro in 2020.

The lady was very friendly. My only gripe is you need permission to swap a SIM card always that’s not her fault.

This store denies help to customers that need their port out information. I went to the store to request my number transfer pin as customer care instructed me to come into the store and provide them with my verification text, only to be told no and then the rep proceeded to walk away from me and go outside to smoke cigarettes and left me alone in the store. I went outside to ask if he was going to help me and he simply replied, "I told you no already". The rep was the only person working in the store on 11/13/23 rating would be 0 stars if possible.

Do not go to the Store. They don't have upgrade prices on their phone. And when you ask them the upgrade prices, they quote you $30 more than the retail price, saying taxes.

Wonderful experience. The man that took care of me did 4 things at the same time. While the other girl did 1 and ignored everybody else. Never have problems at this location.
