5 stars for Dustin alone. My phone died and I didn't know or have my PIN and it's close to impossible to access your account in that situation without a district manager. Their phone customer service in this case is a joke. Thankfully Dustin was able to get a reluctant district manager out to his store to do a very simple task. Otherwise this was a 1 star rating.

They are cheaters.. i paid $85 for new sim card with $50 unlimited plan but they activated $25 plan and robbed $32. Do not go to the store

I like my Metro by T-Mobile service. But this store is horrible!!! The guy who works there is just rude. He has no customer service skills. I was told by Metro to visit a store to fix a problem I was having. So I went to this store and he refused to help, because I had not bought my phone in that particular store. Which is not a corporate store.I will NEVER go to this store again, even though it's the closest one to me.

First off I still can't figure out why I have to pay the employees a convenience fee to pay my bill. It was 4.00. Now it's 5.00. Not to mention the fact that there is absolutely nothing on any of there websites or advertising that says you have to pay that. In fact they make you pay that while you are standing next to the poster that says there is no additional fees ever. Then I am on my 2nd POS tablet in 6 months. The first one the charging port broke off and can't be fixed and I had to pay 60 bucks for it. The one I got now I literally got like 32 days ago and my husband got a phone upgrade that cost too damn much. The phone is only on 4g. Really people. So if you change from another company you can get free iPhone and Samsung tablets and they run on 5g but if you have been customers for years you end up paying over 200 for a cheap phone and a tablet that was broken when I left the store. It won't charge 90% of the time and you have to hard reset it 2 or 3 times a day because it freezes but I couldn't get the galaxy tab for free because I'm a loyal customer. I tried to take it back on September 2nd and they said it would take 5 business days to get one sent in because they can't exchange it even though they have them there. All this time I'm still having to pay for service on something I can't use. And you ain't getting that back. And after paying close to 300 on crap that should have been gave cheap or free I had to give them 4 dollars to pay my bill. So basically I'm getting royally screwed for being a customer. I don't get it. Can't wait to find a better prepaid.

0 stars! How can you make things better when you have a unprofessional work place. Tierra or Kierra and Chris is very rude and not helpful at all. I ask to speak with the General Manager Javier or what not at the 3041 Dickerson Road. Chris has even informed Custmer Service Supervisor Nicole ID#502612 how disrespevtful he is on our 3 way recorded call yesterday July 21st, 2022 between 3pm and 3:30pm CST. Chris lied and said that I was harrsssing him and his co workers when I never been in your Facikity and I only called yesterday about 3 times due to no clarity. Chris said harrassment.. I told him to look up the law first and if I have CALL THE POLICE THEN!!!!! We just purchased a cell phone from you all about 3 or 4 wks ago Nokia x100 and now the phone doesn't work and it's our fault how... my Spouse has a court order and his phone had to stay on... You All Haven't Fixed ANYTHING. So, whomever responding please save me the B.S. and fix the issue at hand. 0 STARS!!!!! & Chris keep saying he works of the click that's against the law; but I don't understand what he's doing because the PROBLEM ISN'T FIXED. Just don't comment pls FIX THE SITUATION AT HAND!!!!
