I moved and lost all the screws to my bed. Helen Alonso was my contact. I put in a request for a assembly guide, and they got it to me the next day. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find all the screws at the Home Depot. I reached out again they responded the same day! They let me know they had a hardware pack for my bed that they could ship it to me. It was only 30 bucks for the pack, shipping and handling and she gave me the shipping number so I could track it. This was such a stressful move but Helen made things so much better!

I ordered a beautiful couch from Merridian in Winter 2021. After about 9 months, the cushion cover seams started separating (manufacturer defect). I contacted Merridian and sent photos. They were extremely attentive and responsive. They contacted the manufacturer right away and had us replacement cushion covers within days. They made everything right with no hassle and with wonderful customer service from day one. We'll be sure to head to Merridian first for our next big furniture purchase. It's great to see such attention be placed on service and customer satisfaction!

I was touched without consent by an associate.I had been browsing in the store for ~20 minutes and had been checked on by another associate. I browsed near the counter when the tall, white haired man approached me from behind. After asking if I needed anything, he planted his hand on my right shoulder - hard - as he walked past. Then he carried on with his duties. I was stunned and left the store. My shoulder stung for 10 minutes afterward. Yes, seriously.There was no reason for him to 1) come close enough to touch me, unmasked, and 2)think that was acceptable behavior, and 3) put his hands on a woman nearly 2 feet shorter than him.I didn't see him touch any other customers during my time in the store. Not that it would excuse him. Didn't ask him why he did it. Because there is no acceptable answer.

My elderly mother found an end table and some beautiful fabric for pillows at Merridian. This was the only place that had a good quality table at a decent price. But what really stood out was the excellent, friendly service. We had a great experience and would not hesitate to return.

The people here were so nice! We hardly bought anything but we talked to Glen and Katie for probably an hour. They have the best energy and carry beautiful things in the store!

I received a beautiful King size bed, which I had been looking for over a year, from Wayfair. When I received the bed there were missing parts and no hardware packet. Wayfair could not order the parts in their system because the bed was on backorder. Frustrating for me and the Wayfair representative the only option was to get a refund and send the bed back!! I held out and in a Hail Mary chance I found the manufacturer and contacted to see if they could send me the parts. It took some going back and forth but professionalism, common sense and great customer service prevailed. I got all of the parts today and they (Meridian) did not charge me for shipping!! Thanks so much for doing the right thing and making the customer happy. I’m now looking for my local store to shop for more Meridian pieces, you guys rock and so does your furniture!!!

Beautiful furniture!! A little on the high end in terms of price and quality. Definitely some unique pieces. If rekey walked around without being harassed, but didn't find anything we needed. Truly a great shop though!
