I decided to buy a new cell phone at the Mega Wireless store, and I had a great experience. Fadel has great customer service and was helpful. He was so patient with me throughout. He was successful in setting up my phone. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail. I will recommend the store to my friends.

worst place to deal with owner azad is a pure thief never honor his phones sold me a blacklisted phone never agreed to replace he scared when i pretend i am calling the cops he gave me my money back less than 120 when the cops arrived he paid me full amount

Do not use this company. I returned a $329 phone 5 days after purchase. They only gave me back $150 after arguing. I was completely scammed.

AZAD SOLD ME A STOLEN PHONE. DO NOT GO HERE. Very bad experience. I was out of country and my phone stopped working the second day I purchased from Azad the worker who helped me. He refused to help me saying no refund no warranty. Not good business

Azad needs to be fired he is rude employee who doesn't take care of his customers. He sold me a damaged phone and then lied and wouldn't exchange it or fix it
