“Currently having a full circle moment writing this review. I'm holding our 4 month old rainbow baby and just recieved a sweet card and book from NFC/Dr.Smith. After 3 yrs of infertility, losses and several doctors we settled on Dr. Smith at NFC. TRUST YOUR GUT, do your research and advocate for yourself by finding a physician that is a good fit for you. Dr. Smith and the nurses took their time to explain everything to both myself and my husband. She was patient and gave us all the information so that we could make the right choice for our family each step of the way. We never felt uncomfortable, pushed or like we were just a means to make a dollar. At NFC, they are efficient & professional which made the ivf process and all that comes before/after as seamless as possible. We will be returning to Dr. Smith at NFC for future transfers. We are forever grateful for NFC for helping to us bring our sweet rainbow baby girl.”

“I am just beginning the many steps of some long, serious medical procedures right now. I have a limited time frame to get things done so that I can return to work this fall. Today I got a blood draw package in the mail. Apparently ExamOne had called a few days ago but I missed the call and VM because I had so many Dr appointments and was at one when they called. I called them as soon as I opened the package today (Friday afternoon at 2:40pm).
She explains how this works-they come to me. Next week is literally impossible for me because of more Dr appointments. I literally have minutes to figure out what to do next.
I said "can I please start driving there and if you get me in fine, and if not, that's ok too. I'll figure it out." She says "you can try but FedEx will pick up at 3:30 today." So, I start driving.
This should be a 15 minute trip but it's Friday and CMA Fest just started. I-65 is snarled! All I can do is drive and pray. I arrive at 3:08.
(And -imagine that! They are understaffed here like so many other places!!)
One lady is in an appointment. The other lady gets me in within 2 minutes. She was SO sweet and caring. AND I did not even feel the needle at all. I am so grateful they worked to accommodate me today! Both were so sweet and helpful and very compassionate! This was a very pleasant way to end what has been a very tough week. Thank you SO VERY much Ladies at ExamOne!! You ARE very appreciated! ? Many blessings!!!”
