I have come here quite a few times and have had great service! However, I recently brought in two items for zipper replacements, and was told $30 per item, $60 total. When I went to pick up, each item was over $65, totaling over $130, a lot different than the $60 I was told. Very disappointed. Also, one of my items was not even ready. The woman working was very kind and trying to mend the situation, however, her supervisor was not very helpful.

Such good service!!! I asked them to replace the zipper on my jacket. They told me it would take 8 days, it took 3. The new zipper is really nice quality and pops on my jacket. Grateful to keep my jacket and this zipper adds more years to it. Grateful they are close by. Thank you McPherson Cleaners!!

Never again. This place is a mess - lost articles, overcharges, missed dates that we were promised at dropoff, disrespectful to my wife. I recommend going elsewhere.

Dropped off suit, shirt and a couple of dresses to be dry cleaned on a Monday and needed it done by Thursday as we were going out of town Friday AM. Showed up Thursday afternoon, they couldn’t find our clothes. Finally found suit and one dress and said they had been cleaned but that the shirt and other dress were in Lebanon and there’s nothing he could do, saying I could come pick it up Friday morning. I repeated that as I said when the clothing was dropped off I needed it by Thursday because we were going out of town. Guy behind the counter said there’s nothing he could do. I said this was unacceptable and he called the owner up who drove to the shop and located both the shirt and dress still dirty in the back of the store. As a cherry on top there was dog hair all over the suit and dress that had been “cleaned”. This place is a mess, disorganized and do a poor job on the work they claim to have actually completed. AVOID.

Moved to east Nashville over a year ago and have been supporting this local business every other week. Past several times shirts are coming back with broken buttons and most recently they've lost 3 of my button downs. Instead of empathy I was meet with anger and rudeness. Won't be coming back and I don't recommend ever coming here.
