While driving on the interstate, a couple of contractors dropped a drill off their truck along with its parts and one of the drill bits ended up in my rear tire!!!! We stopped in town to checkout an event at the fairgrounds when we discovered our leaking tired. The guys at McDuffees were awesome!! They had us in the garage and back out on the road in less than 30 minutes!!!! If you have any automotive needs these guys can handle it! I even saw a young lady in there getting her car checked out, and the fella at the counter told her the issue was out of their wheelhouse. He was kind to her explaining the situation and then refused to charge her for the diagnostics. I was impressed all the way around with these guys!!!

Passing through town on way to WI. Just had tires rotated at our local tire dealer only to discover a front end vibration at higher speeds. Guessing an unbalanced tire. Despite no appointment, Doug and Co got me in early and found the culprit - an unbalanced front passenger side tire. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

My father has worked with Doug and the McDuffee tire crew for over 30 years, and I now use them for all my tire and mechanic needs as well. They are hard working, honest people. You can expect to receive a quality service for a fair price from this group.

Customer service was kind and quick. Communication was clear. And service was exactly what I needed.
I called them on a Monday morning about my brakes. Dropped it off Tuesday. They called me an hour later to say the inspection was done and gave me a quote. They said it would be done by 2:30 that afternoon despite their busy day. I picked it up and my brakes are as smooth as ever.

Had a great experience getting a screw removed from my tire here, they were very friendly & quick, squeezed me in for an appointment even though it was right before they closed for the holidays and got my tire fixed for under $30!

This place/ these mechanics saved my GMC Yukon XL! I thought it was over for my working SUV, and thanks to Doug and the staff, it runs great! I suggest this place for any and everyone in the Nashville area, especially if your vehicle is used for work. I’m super happy with my experience here. Big THANKS to you guys?

We called this location to get a quote for a new set of tires. We asked a few questions about what we were looking for. We were appalled when the person on the phone blatantly used racially-charged terminology to describe other tire stores. Needless to say, we will no longer be patrons of this business.

McDuffee is fantastic and have always treated us right. I never have to worry that I'm being oversold or fixing something unnecessarily - because they've talked me OUT of repairs that i thought i needed multiple times! I won't go to anyone else for my car mechanic needs.
