Charlie was absolutely wonderful! He made sure we were getting the best mattress for us instead of just trying to sell the most expensive or popular mattress. My husband and I have had horrible sleep issues for months now, and Charlie did a phenomenal job at explaining everything and making sure we would be happy with our pick.

Service was outstanding! Our salesman was Robert Hayes. He greeted at the door and answered all of our questions. He worked hard to make sure we were getting the mattress that we wanted and needed. We bought two. One for our son and one for ourselves. Location was clean and safe. Robert is a credit to you company. We will recommend Mattress Firm to our friends.
