Cooper is fantastic. I went in to try a few beds because I had no idea what I was looking for. I ended up leaving with a mattress, bed frame and pillow! Cooper took the time to figure out what I needed in a mattress then helped me find the perfect one. Definitely happy I went in instead of trying to order online.

The two sales there people didn't bug me and let me try all the mattresses as long as I wanted until I picked what I wanted including the adjustable base with USB ports (never enough outlets) and ambient lighting below as well (no glare on my TV and no stubbed toes anymore either) and I was not rushed to pick the the pillow I liked the best also) Ryan helped me and was polite and thorough and had what I wanted shipped right to my house. Overall great experience. I personally would go back. Financing and a warranty were a huge bonus for me personally as well. Right by Chipotle, Starbucks and 51st Deli on West End so easy location too.

Cooper was our excellent “sleep expert” at the store. He was SO knowledgeable about the mattresses and other products such as pillows, sheets, etc. He explained everything in detail. He showed us several options that could work for us. After we narrowed it down, he explained the pricing and the delivery schedule in detail. He was so helpful and he made the experience fun!
