Rusty was incredibly helpful! We are buying a new mattress for the first time and Rusty patiently answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured during the entire process. I am so very pleased with my experience with Mattress Express! I went in with a list of things I needed based on the issues I was having with my current mattress, and Rusty knew exactly what I needed! I was able to take my mattress home the same day. Brett was very helpful! The store is really nice inside. It smells good and it's cool and comfortable. The displays are gorgeous and well thought out. Good experience and would definitely recommend!

First off the initial visit to the showroom was so professional, as the salesman was totally honest and so helpful on the items they had for sale. He wanted me to get the absolute best mattress in my price range. I had my item delivered and the delivery went so smooth. The delivery guys were so polite and got the setup done pretty quick!! I will definitely be a repeat customer if the need ever arises and will surely refer any person that needs a top quality mattress at an affordable price. This place is top notch.

Rusty is absolutely amazing! Great customer service, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he listens to you and helps you find the perfect mattress for YOU! Went here first and then to another couple of places just to compare and ended up wishing that I just hadn't wasted my time with the other places. Bought the original mattress that I had picked out at Mattress Express and couldn't be happier.
