I ordered my chair mid November and it just arrived 4/3, so about 19 weeks for a custom design. Very limited communication and delivery was not as expected. It’s delivered in a big box that you have to move, unpack and dispose of.All of that and I’d still order again. The chair is beautiful and I’m quite pleased. Very well made, very solid.

Looking for a new lounge chair but reluctant to shop at McFurniture store for a McChair, I was real happy to find this shop. There is a wealth of uniquely designed, well crafted furniture to choose from. The chair I bought (at a very fair price) will not only serve me well but serve as an heirloom piece as well. The quality of my chair was matched too by stellar service by knowledgeable and engaging staff. By any/all criteria Masaya is a great find and I'm a 100% satisfied customer.

I absolutely need to update my review of Masaya furniture company. Since leaving my last review, I have received my chair. The chair is of impeccable quality and design! Shipping may take awhile since the company is located in Nicaragua.

I absolutely love my Apanas teak dining table and Jicaro chairs. This furniture is beautifully crafted and a real addition to my home. Two chairs arrived damaged by the shipper. Masaya replaced them promptly and threw in free of charge a beautiful teak serving board that I now display on the table. Masaya gets my highest recommendation.

Awesome design, sustainably produced, great staff, great service. What else could you want? I get compliments on my Masaya and Co furniture more than anything else I own...and I own some cool stuff. Pretty soon my whole house is going to be masaya and co. I heard that actually kind sell entire houses now...that could be an option.

Handcrafted furniture does have value attached it. The furniture became a bespoke piece in our household and opens conversations surrounding the craft of furniture making and the sustainable sourced wood and materials. There was a small hiccup with the invoice which was handled quickly.

I just received my table and dining chairs and I love them. They exceeded expectations. The attention to detail is loveley and the woven colors are perfect. I ordered about 2 months ago and (unlike some reviews I read here) Masaya kept me up to date with emails around the process. They told me delivery would be around 12 weeks but in the end it arrived early.

I love love love my woven chairs. It took awhile for them to arrive but they were so worth the wait. The lounge chairs are great quality, comfy, and the colors are really beautiful. I'm looking forward to adding the Watson shelf to tie everything together.

I am such a fan of this company. I absolutely love the patio set, desk and armoire I purchased from Masaya & Co for my office. The pieces are stylish, functional and extremely comfortable. Delivery was on time. And the service really helpful. Not to mention their "seed to seat" story which involves growing the raw material in unused pastureland in Nicaragua, growing and harvesting those trees after peak carbon capture, turning the harvested wood in heirloom quality furniture, and immediately replanting. I learned that these products were developed and produced using skilled crafts-men and women near the forestry plantations often times with their special skill set developed in house. I would highly recommend a purchase from this company.

I love my rocking chair. The chair is sturdy, well made and comfortable. I have bought wood furniture on line before and have been disappointed in the quality. This chair far exceeds my hopes and expectations, and I didn't have to assemble anything. I would definitely buy from Masaya again.

Though my initial order was lost by the carrier it was resent, the delay was worth waiting for and confirmed my trust in the company. The two Geronimo pattern chairs are spectacular, comfortable and versatile for seating in our compact condo, as occasional seating or extra dining chairs.

Dont buy from here!We ordered furniture to furnish most of our home in 2022. It was a dining table, 4 end tables, credenza, coffee table, and 2 lounge chairs. We were never told about a warranty.The furniture was not delivered on time and it kept getting pushed back, so we started to question the status of the order and wonder what was going on. At that time they decided to offer us 50% for the wait. So we excepted the 50% off. We waited again, so it got delayed still. They even said they were sending us a free cutting board for all the delays, it never came.So We decided we wanted our money back in full. We told them to let us know when the furniture gets to the warehouse for delivery. Then we will repay with the 50% off.So we did repay with part cash and shop pay this time because it was finally being delivered. We didn't trust them to pay them all cash this time.Then Ms Linda in an email tried to hit us up with a return fee of $1000 if it was damaged at delivery. Which we never agreed paid for and the furniture was already on the way and after paying for it the second time.We received the furniture. The credenza started cracking and diningroom table. Black stains started coming through the wood on every piece of furnitureWe spoke to Marlin. He sent pics to the manufacturer. They all agreed to return everything. The wood was not kilin-dried properly.They gave us a refund but we were stuck with interest fees to shop pay for damaged goods. It was an on going battle to get our refund from shop pay.4 weeks went by. No call for pick up yet. They finally called Feb 10th. They driver tried to come to our home in 30 mins. We said no and gave him times available to come. It's been almost 6 weeks.I spoke to a manager 02/23 and he agreed the furniture was not in good shape. We all got sick since FEB 9TH. We had to hold off a few days for pick up. A manager called us today to discuss this furniture. He was Yelling on the phone and volger language. I told him to talk to me like an adult.He was very rude and yelling and did not put the customer 1st. He lied and said they have been trying to call us since we got the refund. I spoke to the delivery guy to confirm when was the pick up scheduled. He told me it was not until Feb 10th, they asked day of. Which again we said no. Reschedule.Now things are scheduled for pick up.This place SHOULD NOT be in business. Everything was so unprofessional. We should of been compensated for all of our horrible experience. We asked to work things out. Nothing was resolved.I different shipping company came to pick up the furniture. They all said that it was in bad condition.We were lied to about their shipping people. They said they tried to contact us. But it was a totally different shipping place. All of the pieces were picked up. I have copy for reference. Honestly, they should pay me storage fees at this point.
