Marq has been a great place to live. Been here for two years, and it’s in a great location with awesome amenities. The front desk has always been very helpful and also put on fun events for the community. Plus, it’s a great neighborhood and community for dogs if you’re looking for a pet-friendly environment!

I have lived at the Marq for almost 5 years and have loved it! The front desk staff is always super helpful when an issues or question arise. The maintenance staff is friendly and quick to respond and always resolves the issue.

My husband and I stayed here with 2 friends for 4 nights. August 9th to the 13th.Location is good but the place was dirty. We paid a lot of money for a 2 bedroom apartment, and it was dusty, kitchen was greasy and faucet was moldy and the toilet looked like it wasn't wiped off in weeks. I don't recommend.

I absolutely love the location and all of the amenities. Cassidy was one of the most kind and helpful people I have met. She went above and beyond helping me get my move-in sorted out and is always helpful when I have a question. I couldn’t be happier!

I was absolutely impressed with how smoothly my move in was and a lot of it was thanks to the people that work here. Kassidy N., one of the leasing employees was wonderfully nice and went out of her way to make sure my move in was smooth and comfortable, even helping me prepare my apartment pre-move in to make sure everything was in the right shape including packages I had sent to the complex prior.
As far as the facilities, while I haven't used much of them, I can say that the people here are lovely and the apartment itself is exactly what i was needing and looking for.

I came out recently to do some maintenance on this property, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Keely, Cassidy, Daylon, and Philip thank you for being so accommodating and making sure we got the job done efficiently. They go above and beyond for there tenants and it shows!

Kassidy was AMAZING at helping me find my new home. She was prompt, friendly, and informative during my tour. Once I signed my lease she was so sweet taking all of calls and questions. I couldn’t be happier living at Marq Music Row!!
