We happened upon this place by riding around looking for mattress stores so we could weigh the options and make an informed decision before purchasing a new mattress. We went inside just to check their prices and had no intention of buying anything. However, their prices were great and Jerry was extremely helpful. He didn't pressure us into buying anything. He just listened to our needs and showed us what they had to offer. We wound up making a purchase. The sale was easy, price was reasonable, and he even helped us load it onto the truck. Thanks for making the process easy!

We were welcomed in by Jerry Clark even though he was busy. He was very knowledgeable on the products and explained all of our options thoroughly. We were able to add a mattress protector, two pillows and sheets for a portion of the price to our mattress order; making it easy to set up as soon as we get home. This place has very nice mattresses for a super affordable cost.

I needed new mattress, so we started to look around the Nashville area. The representatives at Mark’s were very knowledgeable, professional and they exhibited a great deal of empathy. The mattresses were great and at a good price. Thanks again, we will be back, after the house is rebuilt after the fire.

Amazing customer service!!! After a horrible experience with Mattress Firm, I started searching for somewhere else I could purchase a mattress. I came across their website and decided to visit their Hermitage location. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a delightful gentleman named John. I explained to him what I was looking for and the issues I had with my previous mattress shopping experience and he was happy to help me. Even more impressive was that I showed him the tag from the mattress in my guest room that I really like that was 10+ years old, he was able to tell me all about it and while they don't make them anymore, he was able to tell me about all of the improvements they have made on the current models. They had a large selection of mattresses and John was able to show me the ones he thought I would like based on my preferences, and even explained the differences between the various options. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. *Tip* If you sign up for their "Outlet Pass", they'll email you a voucher for an additional discount off of your mattress. Mine was already marked down to a great deal (less than half of what you would pay elsewhere) and they were able to take an additional $100 off. I highly recommend this place and will encourage all of my friends and family to check it out.

TL; DR: Marks Mattress Outlet has amazing service, great selection, and the best prices. I just moved to Nashville on Friday, December 1st and thought I could sleep on an air mattress until I found the right mattress. Boy was I wrong, and my back paid the price. The next day, I showed up to Marks Mattress Outlet and was greeted immediately upon arrival by Jerry. He asked me what I was looking for and was able to find the perfect mattress (pillow soft, firm, mix, etc.) for me. Not only that, but when he heard I was in pain from sleeping on an air mattress, he called his delivery people to see if they could deliver the same day (unfortunately they were booked with deliveries all day which speaks to how well the store does). I thought I would be dropping thousands of dollars for a brand name mattress, but it was incredibly priced and next business day delivery was impeccable. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking to buy a new mattress, and DEFINITELY recommend for any newcomers moving to Nashville. I can't express my gratitude enough for the kindness and professionalism Jerry and the delivery men exhibited in finding and delivering my mattress.

We're very satisfied with Mr. Ron East's service at this Nolensville Pk Store. He gave us time to decide and then gave us very good discounts. We got our two teenagers the whole complete twin beds (mattresses, boxes and frames). We also got free pillows and deep discounted beddings. Thank you so much, Mr East! We went here in 2016 to get our kids first twin beds. Today we came here again and are very happy with our purchase.

Best experience I've ever had buying a mattress. Very helpful and informative staff. No haggling and the prices were the best I could find in town. I bought a hybrid mattress for guests and they raved about its comfort after spending a couple of nights on it. I will definitely return.
