I used to work in retail and Lindsay has the best customer service I have ever seen. I’ve stopped by the store four times and she’s greeted me by name since the first time I found Marine Layer. I’ve never been too stylish and usually self-conscious about trying to step up my style. Lindsay not only encouraged some of my choices but also recommended different sizing than what I usually wear. She made great recommendations that were just a little out of my comfort zone but those are what my friends and coworkers compliment the most. Thank you for building my confidence and making me a loyal customer.

This is a wonderful store that helped me pick a few items I needed to go hit the town in Nashville. Shout out to Madeline for helping me go out in style!!! She was wonderful and very helpful in finding some suggestions! Highly recommend coming to this location and asking for Madeline!

Maddie was incredibly helpful and friendly. She made us feel welcome and helped us find what we needed. Locals made a point to come and say hello to Maddie which says a lot about how she manages her time in the store. I love what I purchased and loved the interaction I had with Maddie. I will definitely be coming back.

Popped in to take a look around on our trip to Nashville and loved everything about this store. We were immediately greeted by Jordan and she was so wonderful! My husband is extremely picky and typically does not like to be approached by sales staff. Jordan was so personable and approachable though that he actually tried on clothes and bought a bunch, which is so unusual for him! All the clothes he bought look great on him and are wonderful quality as well. I bought several items as well and also appreciate the sustainable approach this company takes. A great experience for me and my husband!
