With large, clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff, the hotel is a surprising gem. The proximity to downtown and the convention center is a huge benefit.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Really accommodating to arriving a bit early. The rooftop pool is great. It was busy but the bartender works really hard and is excellent (even in the really hot weather). Also enjoyed the live music

This hotel does not have room service and the room was just okay. I had some items I sent to laundry I went to pick it up next day the clothes had not been washed and they had lost my socks. I personally was not impressed with this hotel at all.
Rooms: The rooms were cute and somewhat spacious.
Nearby activities: Hotel is near other dining and entertainment.
Walkability: Walkable to other entertainment.

Everything was excellent from check-in to the concierge, helping us plan our itinerary of things to do and places to go, the room and view was awesome. The restaurants were great. Everything that we had planned to do was within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Hotel is very clean and nice..but both restaurants have horrible service. Bar closed in afternoon in NASHVILLE?! Pool bar can't get served and takes forever to get service.
Not a good look for the area you are in and at the cost.
Food & drinks: Besides above, no real mini market for access to food as compared to what I observed at hotels surrounding this one. Seems like you are encouraged to leave the site.
Again, people nice, atmosphere is good..intangibles lacking.

This is a nice hotel. It's expensive but it's in a great location - a short walk to Broadway. Bar at the pool and additional bar on the 1st floor.

This was a great place to stay during my visit. The pool was great and we met so many amazing people!! The only negativity is they need MORE chairs by the pool. People were very upset about this. The actual patio at the pool also is VERY SLIPPERY when you get out of the pool. We saw 2 women take a spill, thank good ness they didn't get hurt though but they need to look into this as it is very dangerous. The rooms were perfect and so was the staff.
Walkability: Broadway is like a 10 minute walk but so worth it

For the price and experience of "Margartaville" the rooms were very small. There is not even a microwave in the room. The fridge is smaller than one in a dorm room, you cannot fit anything but a few drinks inside. If you want breakfast from downstairs be prepared to pay a crazy amount. If you have a long night and want to order something to your room, you cannot do that either because neither of the restaurants want to answer their phones. The pool area is very small, there is not enough room for everyone to have somewhere to sit because they are too worried about getting more money for "private" areas than having room to seat people who have already paid to stay. Not to mention the ground is extremely slippery, I witnessed 4 people fall in the one afternoon I was there. Parking is extremely expensive, then if you want to tip the valet on your phone it is a minimum of $5 each time. The only plus is the location is nice, but for the price there are definitely better hotels around.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. Rooms are moderate size. The pool area has a bar, but the pool is kind of small. Perfect for lounging and sun bathing. The location is awesome. Just right down the street from Broadway St., so walking distance is nice. I enjoyed my vacation.

Beds were 0 out of 10. I really suggest you should spend some money on better bedding. Other than the beds had a good time

We went to Margaritaville in Nashville wanting to listen to live music. The night we arrived we went to the restaurant bar and happened to see the performer eating before setting up and singing. We moved over to the restaurant for dinner and was able to listen to some nice music. The drinks and service were good. The burger was also good but the fries were a little greasy. We went to our room, 918, and it smelled like someone had just used it but not us. We closed the bathroom door and went to sleep. I woke up in the morning and was going to use the restroom but got hit by what smelt like a dead animal or a sewage backup, and got sick to my stomach immediately. I left the room to go to the front desk to tell them. Unfortunately it ruined our vacation because once I got sick to my stomach, it was not over. I continued to feel bad because the smell stuck with me and I ran from the front desk to the lobby restroom to once again get sick. They were very nice to get us a new room and take care of us. The next day we did go to the pool restaurant to hear a musician and enjoyed him. I stayed a little bit but my family ate and stayed to have drinks and eat while I went to a quiet place in the hotel to sit. The second floor had a nice seating area around the meeting/banquet area that I was able to sit in the air conditioning and relax.

Our experience at Margaritaville was elevated by the fantastic acoustic artist we met, Jarod Grubb. He played all of our requested songs, including 'Porker Face,' and we were so enamored with his talent that we returned to see him perform again at the pool the following day.
