Beautifully crafted ginkgo leaf earrings. High quality materials and workmanship. I love that they are bold but somehow also delicate, not bulky or heavy- very comfortable to wear. Also shipped faster than expected and were nicely packaged.

I have several Margaret Ellis pieces. They specialize in anticlastic raising, and their costume jewelry is very refined and unlike anything else on the market. Most recently they made me a hammered silver wide cigar band ring — gorgeous, understated and fits perfectly.

We purchased our wedding bands from the studio in 2006. We lost them in 2010 and luckily found them in 2022. The owner saw our story on social media and offered us free cleanings. We were able to get them clean and resized and back on our fingers within a few days. This is absolutely the best jewelry store in the Greater Nashville area and well beyond.

I adore The use of fresh water pearls and the mixed metals in chains, earrings and bracelets. And I am amazed by the way new designs are constantly being dreamed up and introduced into the line. How did I go from not owning any Margret Ellis jewelry to owning 4 pieces in less than 2 months? Very easily. Let me explain... I think we all know by now that I thrive on shopping local and adore style but some of you may not be aware that I actually struggle with finding the time to make my rounds to actually fill my closet and jewelry box. Alas, it's true. Unfortunately, due a tremendous loss in my personal life, I decided that I wanted to invest in a custom necklace to commemorate my loved one. So full disclosure, through the years, I have become friends with both Margaret (now retired) and the new owner Mclaine so I immediately thought of Margaret Ellis to create this piece for me. Although I had never owned a piece prior to this custom request, I have long admired their work and artistry and just knew that commissioning them to create this special piece was the only way to go. And, I was 100% RIGHT. From the initial steps of discussing my preferences and requests to the day that Mclaine stayed late so that I could swing by to pick this beautiful piece up... I was impressed with their creativity, professionalism, and kindness. My eyes literally welled up when I viewed the necklace for the first time, it was absolutely beautiful and included thoughtful details that I would not be able to get anywhere else. It was crystal clear to me at this moment why Margaret Ellis has been in business for over 30 years. Fast forward to the yearly Margret Ellis Sample Sale, I couldn't pass up an opportunity to add to my newly created personal collection, right? Plus, beautiful rings, bracelets, pins, and necklaces were DEEPLY DISCOUNTED and I was able to get two dramatic pins from vintage collections for under $80! But hold on, what's that? WOW. That ring sure is sparkly...Oh, it's not a part of the Sample Sale? It sure is sparkly... But, it is a part of the Holiday Sale - 20%? Did I mention that this ring sure is sparkly? I slipped it on and it fit perfectly. How much is it again? Am I splurging too much? Hmmm... do I not eat this month - I could lose a couple of pounds? No. What 33 year old woman buys herself a gorgeous ring that may be viewed as a unique engagement ring in some circles? Hmmmm... I don't need a feller to flaunt a sparkly bauble! SOLD. So. Yeah. That's exactly how I was seduced by Margaret Ellis 4 times in less than 60 days. Throw in the fact that this business continues to support Nashville's nonprofits by giving back and donating on the regular... I'm a customer for life. TIP: This jewelry showroom/studio is located on the 3rd floor of the Cummins Station building and is open to the public. You can actually see their work stations right next to the bright showroom area. And, Mia the pup is normally around too!
