My son and I stop by here every morning and the staff are amazing and friendly. Their bathrooms are very clean! Store is nice and clean as well.

Gas was sold to the person ahead of me even though my vehicle was sitting at the pump they sold the gas to the wrong person and the person was on a motorcycle I was in a suv

The lady on this shift Saturday at 10:00am me and a couple friends checked out of a hotel across the street. We walked to this mapco with our belongings and as soon as we walked in we were not greeted with a friendly “hello”. We were greeted with “hey can y’all leave y’all’s bags at the door or behind the counter, whichever you’re more comfortable”. Then as we complied, and my friends moved farther into the back of the store I heard her tell a coworker that she “knew” she was. “Gonna me tried today” and that she just “knew it and felt it”. Then proceeded to say,” I’m not gonna just sit at the register, if you need me just holler at me” or something to that effect as if she were going to monitor my friends and I. When we completed our purchases we told her we were waiting for our Lyft would that we ok and she said it was fine. Shortly after that, she told us we needed to take 5 or 6 steps farther away from the building.Like why? We aren’t doing anything wrong. That’s not the mapco way. What’s wrong with her? We complied to everything but I felt judged and she did not say those things to everybody. Only the black people. There were others “loitering” that she did not say anything to about being too close to the building. I have never been treated this way. I feel she needs to take a customer service course and re-evaluate how she’s supposed to treat customers and other people in general. ?

Map of is always a pretty good place to stop and grab som gas or some nibbles while traveling. They are always pretty well kept up, as this location was. Fast and friendly service

Today is the 11th of May @ 11:15 pm . I went inside to use the rest room the lady at the cashier said I can't let you use its out of order I ask her if I could use the ladies rest room she said it's also out of order I was there a few days ago and guess what it was both out of order . Mapco I'm not sure if you don't want your customers to use the rest rooms or you just have lazy employees don't want to deal with cleaning that's why it's always out of order
