this mapco sucks hard. the cashier gave me the wrong pods today and i didn’t even make it to my car before I noticed and walked back in. she told me once i leave the store I couldn’t return them even though i made it like 6 steps outside and they were unopened. the employees also constantly close it down during business hours whenever they feel like it. we live close by and my boyfriend said he never goes to this location because of how rude they are. on the bright side my experience motivated me to stop smoking so i never have to buy pods from them again. Thanks, Mapco!

Mapco Employee GEORGE . is the worst Employee I have ever seen in my life. I have came across him at 3 locations now. He is very very rude and is a major liability for mapco . At this location he argued and chased two females out of the store for 79 cent cup of ice. She thought at mapco if you have your own cup the ice was free. George screamed in the womans face over it thats when she proceeded to go get her wallet. George ran from behind his register (customers in his line and inches away from his register) and chased her outside while bumping into a woman on his way out and put his hands on her driver door when she opened it to retrieve her wallet out to come back in to pay for the ice and blocking her from shutting her car door. I do not and still will never understand how this man still has a job with mapco when you are chasing and harassing customers daily, this isnt the first time ive seen him chase someone out the store and i know mapco policies and you dont ever chase anyone at any time no matter the situation. I will never understand. He is going to get hurt or someone else is going to get hurt with the way he works. It's unbelievable. I will not stop until this man no longer works for mapco. I have contacted district managers and corporate office because this issue needs to be resolved before something worse happens

Known as one of the worst in Nashville (Madison area)..always closed..drug addicts on both sides of the building..employees are bottom tier..how is it still open? The world will never know!

Bought a Cash 4 Life ticket left it behind called and said I left it and asked to send photo of ticket she told me it was against policy then I told her I be back to pick up my name is Sam. Then I arrived around 4pm other worker told me she re-sold? I was furious but I will keep a eye out on winning location! They even printed me a new ticket that I then became upset! No ticket I left and paid for in bag!

I tried to enter the store today. A hand wrote sign said they would be back and the door was locked. I waited 30 minutes just to figure out the employee was outside playing on their phone in their car... who does that? Extremely unprofessional. Not to mention all the homeless that just hang around the store begging for money. Not a safe location and managment is aparently NOT in the picture.

Every time I visit this location, they are always out of coffee. There are about 6 or 7 employees there and they resort to their cell phones instead of their job description.

Horrifying experience today as I witness two senior employees ABUSING AND DEGRADING a young cashier, forcing her to stand in the store with a humiliating cardboard sign that says "I'm a liar and a manipulator". She was crying and in obvious distress. The older woman working should know better. I don't know what happened or if she deserved that but either way it's a shocking and upsetting sight to see as a customer and very inappropriate.
