I have been to many Mapco locations. Ive noticed wherever Monica Henderson is the manager it is pristine. White glove clean and organized store. Monica Henderson is the sweetest lady too. She absolutely 100% deserves a raise and a giant applause. I don’t say things like this lightly

I've gone here several times but only recently did I go in the store. Great location pretty well lit at night. I just went in to get $30 of gas. I let her know that I needed $30 on pump 3. She repeated it back to me. $30.00 dollars on pump 3. I confirmed She put $3 on pump 3. When I questioned the amount on the register she told me that I had to go out pump the $3 dollars of gas and then come back in and get the other $27 amount charged. And That she would be waiting for me to come back.
That shouldn't have happened, she should have just corrected the purchase amount. You know I understand new employees maybe wasn't sure how to fix. I could understand and wouldn't leave a one star but that wasn't the appearance of what happened.

This is by far the worst mapco location in the state of Tennessee the worst mapco it's dirty u got like 10 homeless people hanging out side shooting needles doing drugs pissing on the floor stealing ice bags out of the ice cooler the manger doesn't care what they do they would dig in the trash and have trash all over this location one of the employees that works there has his dog inside the store the homeless come in and out of the store when they want they bring flies with them I no longer buy the hots dogs there take it from me this store is a dump

Waited from 11:30ish until 11:58PM for the person to help me. Went to the bathroom on a small break when I got here. Never came back out until it was time to close (seen the attendant hiding in the office) management should do something with the employees.. customer service sucks…

Shadiest gas station in Nashville! I have been cussed by employees, watched employees close the store while they sit in their car and smoke pot and paying homeless people to watch the store while they do whatever it is that they do. STAY AWAY!

That's a decent store. Never has washer fluid or paper towels. Never know when they're going to be open or closed. Also never know if they're going to have coffee or not. I would skip this location all together if I weren't low on gas. I usually skip it all together and go to one of the two on Murfreesboro Pike by Thompson place.

I purchased Mapco washer fluid. Cleaned the windshield at Saturday night while driving. It is horrible. Smells sting inside my vehicle and left the glass and my car a mess. I need it removed. Thanks

Visited this location 10 minutes b4 closing at 12:50 am on 2/10/2022 I payed for 3 $ in gas and purchased 3 1 $ lottery scratch off tickets totalling 6 $'s gave The cashier 20 $ he kept 1 $ of my change for his "tip" gave me 13$ in change

I have been going to this location for years and for the past couple of months the store is not opened by 6:30am. I know it’s hours say 6 am but they are rarely opened by then. It’s sad that people go up to the door finding out it’s locked. Before this time frame it was always opened on time. This has I,m sure has detrimental effects on their business for sure.

Guy on the register is lazy, he never wants to do the lottery and he lies and say the machine is downJust be honest and say you don't know how to work it or it takes up to much of your time to run the ticketsOther staff at store always run the tickets, he is the only one -lazy!!!!!
