I would leave 0 stars if I could. Terrible service. Can't get anyone on the phone and they never call back. Trash everywhere and someone broke into the climate controlled area and they've done nothing to fix it. Never seen anything like this. DO NOT RENT STORAGE SPACE FROM HERE!!!

Do not waste your money or energy on this place. There is no one managing the property / available on-site. They use a 3rd party to handle customer service, who can ironically never get in contact with the property, so they’re not servicing anyone. I have personal belongings I can’t access and I’m paying for a unit I can’t get into. The property itself is poorly maintained and appears that it hasn’t been cleaned/looked after in months. I’m out of hundreds of dollars due to this place and I’ve called everyday for 3 weeks and constantly get the runaround. I’m now seeking legal action. Save yourself the trouble

Scam stay away from this place.they will have you pay online then you won't have access to your storage unit.Nobody is ever on site and you can't reach anyone by phone.they have a 3rd party answering service that's a total joke will never tell you the property managers name or who owns the place they just tell you they'll pass on the message to the manager and he will call you back.( they been telling me that for a whole week now and still no call back)

No star ? if possible..... Iv been trying for get in touch with this facility for over a week now iv emailed them an called an left messages no response rented from there website said it was a drive up unit but if i was to try to drive n car to my unit I won't be able to I open the door of my car to get out what a joke lock they provide was janky an couldn't get it open not happy ??

Avoid at all cost. This is a scam. Not only did I not have access to my unit, but 3rd Party call center could not cancel my unit and I've been charged for multiple months with no access to the unit. No one returns calls or is available during office hours. Look elsewhere. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I had a unit and I cancelled it but they still are charging my account. I’ve called customer service and left the office voicemails for a month now and no one is returning me. I’d give a better review if someone can return a voicemail/message

Small but has added storage units. It has no lighting in units but sizes are good. They are clean and well maintained. As for staff, excellent! Friendly. Family ran. The staff will go the extra mile to make your experience happy!
