lady working today was extremely rude, my mother said hello and was gonna ask her a question. And she’s gives her a snarky look, flips her hair and walks away. also very overpriced for such basic clothes😬

Favorite Madewell location!!!They seem to have the most selection in stock, but what is equally important- the staff!! So welcoming and easy going, not pushy but ACTUALLY helpful! They will help you find items not in stock at their location, too.Chase is your guy if you are looking for an honest opinion and recommendation! Not only has incredible taste, but also a true knowledge in style! To make it a "triple thread" he is also a genuine sweetheart! Hard to find these days. @Madewell truly lucked out to "score" him on their team!This location in general - my happy stop during a stroll on 12th South!

Mary was incredible! I drove from Clarksville to come in-person because I had no idea what size I’d be or what style would be flattering. She helped me try on several pairs of jeans and helped me feel confident post-baby. This was a big investment for me and I totally trusted her recommendation. You guys are lucky to have her on staff!

They removed the men’s section and drastically cut down on the amount of inventory they have in the store. Waste of time walking in here it’s barren and desolate in comparison to the last several times I have shopped here, won’t bother going back.

Ana was the highlight of my morning shopping at 12 South! I was there looking to fall in love with a pair of jeans. Ana helped me find the perfect fit, style & wash. I think I tried on about 8 pairs! She was so patient & encouraging through the whole process :)

Staff member who helped me was so great. She was honest about which shirt I should pick. She went above and beyond in helping me. Also gave me Nashville tourist recommendations.

The manager of this store was incredibly rude to me and told me to “not mess up her piles” when referring to the jeans i was looking at. I can’t believe a person whose job is literally in customer sales would be so rude to the only group of people in the entire store. Will not be shopping at madewell again.
