I absolutely love Madewell! The quality of their clothes is always fantastic, but what really sets this store apart is the amazing staff. I had the pleasure of being helped by Tammy, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Despite my rushing in at closing time, she was patient and took the time to help me find the perfect outfit for an event the next day. I can't thank her enough for her exceptional customer service.

First time trying to shop here. Was never greeted or even given a smile by a single sales associate while in the store. Tried looking around for about 15 minutes and still nothing so I decided to leave without making a purchase at this location.

I love the shirts that they have and the service as well. Unfortunately, the run low on sizes and there is inconsistency on what a size is from shirt to shirt.

I'm a loyal madewell shopper but I've had several bad experiences at this particular store. The last time I was there I tried on 3 items that did not fit. The person working the fitting rooms was visibly annoyed and appeared disgusted when I handed her the items that didn't work and did not say a single word to me to offer assistance or help. I worked retail for 20 years and trust me I understand bad days but do not take it out on your customer. I went in with the full intention of spending money but left empty handed because she made me feel so bad about myself and I did my shopping online instead. This is the type of experience that makes people not want to visit brick and mortar stores.

I have been to this location multiple times, they are always so nice and helpful. Being a curvy, thicker woman, it gives me peace of mind and makes me feel like I am in a judgement free zone. I primarily wear Madewell jeans and I have loved most of the styles I have tried. I also own a few tops and sweaters. I typically do not like trying on clothes at a store but I always look forward to visiting this location!

Fantastic! As I’m sure many people have been going through, after the pandemic and lockdown none of my pants fit. I went here nervous after trying other brands and none working. I told the lady (I think Kira) my concerns and she was so kind. She listened and pulled two pairs of jeans. They fit perfectly on the first try and she made it seamless. I got both and can’t wait to wear them! Thank you Madewell Green Hills!

Loved everything about the staff, store and fit of jeans. They were all very helpful. Most comfortable pair of jeans I've ever worn Hands down. No problems there. Just not a fan of how they hold up in the wash. Purchased a pair of black athletic men's taper jeans 5 months ago, wore them three times and after the very first wash, they had white blotches all over them. I washed them exactly how the staff and jeans instructions said to. Basically ruined the color. Sadly, their return policy is only 30 days. Won't be buying these again. Should've gotten Levi's instead. They will hold up much better after one wash and their return policy is unbeatable.

I visited this Madewell store for the first time, and it did not disappoint. Ask for Nick if you go! He was incredibly helpful and knows his fits/sizing! He took his time making sure I found the perfect pair of jeans and was so friendly and kind.

Madewell jeans are fantastic!! They have several different fits which can make it complicated based on what you like and finding similar likes etc. 9 inch high rise is now currently medium rise which i found I didn't like as much. There were several people that helped me find the fits that worked best for me and I'm super grateful! There was a gentleman that helped me significantly. He went over the differences after I tried different pairs on, then told him what I liked/didn't like so that he could also match me up with styles that weren't necessarily in store but could buy online. Another lady that was working was also wonderful. I've always had such great experiences at their Green Hills location. It's not super convenient as I live near Franklin. I wish they would do a location closer south here. They are currently keeping up with Covid precautions. I would recommend them for their amazing staff and the incredible quality of their jeans and clothes. I also adore their shoes!!! What are you waiting for?? Gooooooooo!
