I am sad to say I will never shop this store ever again. I just recently purchased a facial moisturizer from a local company at the Nashville store. I tried the product the next day and had a total allergic reaction - my face was beet red, hot, inflamed, the works. I called the store to ask for a refund or what could be done, and was very flippantly told “No ma’am. I’m sorry your skin didn’t like the product. Maybe you can give it to a friend or a family member that isn’t allergic.” So I’m to blame for having a reaction? And why on earth would I give the product to someone else to potentially suffer the same fate?! After I’m basically a walking tomato now. I have never been so rudely dismissed. I understand they can’t take a return for a used product, that’s not sanitary, but at the very least I could have been offered a modicum of sympathy and a store credit. I was once an avid shopper here and have referred many a person to shop there too - never again after being so disregarded and disrespected.

I had this fall basket delivered to my parents’ hotel for their 30th anniversary. It arrived on time and was beautifully packaged. They were very happy which made me happy. Would highly recommend!

Such cute curated gift packages with amazing customer service. They were willing to rebox for me if the boxes didn't fit in my gift bags. Definitely above and beyond. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I'm very pleased with my candle and pancake mix. Love the scent of the candle (tobacco patchouli) and the cute little jar it's in, which I'll reuse, and the pancake mix is wonderful. They came out very fluffy. The prices are reasonable and the shipping time was very short. Will be ordering again soon.

I was please with the quality and value for the money. I ordered several custom gift boxes for my work team for the holidays. Everyone loved the gift.Due to some confusion, started by me with a bad address, a couple of gifts were reshipped. Sarah was fantastic throughout. She was responsive and understanding every step of the way.
