They are STRICT on appointments. On my confirmation i had open delivery from 7-12, but have been told that it should be appointment and I wasn’t on the list. Had to wait 6 hours for the dock to get unloaded in 10 minutes. Lost a load because of this!

Make sure you have an appointment, parking is along the edge.- No overnight parking, unless already within your break (they will allow).Staff and forklift operator is friendly and nice. They do respect drivers and understand "the DOT clock".8-10 docks, but only use 2 for unloading. Rest have box trucks and dropped trailer (maybe for storage).

Can't get anyone to call me back. I placed an order Dec 27th by phone, no invoice, no confirmation, no communication. On Jan 15, I called to find out where my order was, and they said it would be delivered the next day and I'd have to have payment upon delivery. I told her I never received and invoice to forward to our bookkeeper for payment, she still never told me how much it was, just that I'd have to have a check ready. We don't do that. I had to cancel my order and cannot get our Account Manager, Joshua Frye, to get back with me. He has ignored all of my emails and I'm consistently transferred to his full voicemail. When I log in to my dashboard, I notice the order I placed had not been entered in the system until January 13th!! I've since moved on to order with another company, but my company has previously done prepaid inventory with our logo, I'm just trying to find out if we have any left.

They are so easy to work, incredibly helpful and super responsive! Since we started using Mac several years ago we've never looked back. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This used to be a great company when it was Boxes Etc. Since macpapers took over they can't seem to get an order right. I'll be getting my shipping supplies elsewhere from now on.
