Very unsatisfied with Howard. He has been the one we as Lyft divers have had to deal with everytime. Before the big Lyft layoff happened there was a guy who used to work here that helped any and everyone out. Lucky for me I had him as a Lyft passenger this weekend. I had told him what has been going on, and he said that this place is very unprofessional from what it used to be. I also had a false case from a passenger against me that took me off the road for a week. I ask because I was not using the car if I would be charged for the rental, since I was not able to use the car. How Howard said yes multiple times that I would be charged for using the car. That seems unfair, the main reason is is because I am not making an income, so why should I have to pay for the car? I am not the only one having issues with this guy, so are two other workers. As you can tell by the rating of this facility being a 2.4, many people aren’t satisfied with the service.

We love coming here to see the female manager.however Howard is a pain to work with.we find that every time we rent a car there is an issue with the car or that Howard is not easy to work with there was a guy here that use to work there and he was very professional to work with.maybe the reviews would be better if Howard was more helpful and easy to work with.

Worst job I’ve ever had to deal with. They constantly overcharged me on rental fees. They constantly withdraw money from my account on authorized charges. Live support is very limited when it comes to help they have the scam where they are charging people licenses fees to drive in Boston even though I don’t drive in Boston supposedly you’re supposed to pay a fee of $20, once every two months I’ve been getting charged twice every eight months every time I call with an issue the amount of time that they consume it’s all part of stalling so people would give up and allow them to get away with what they’re doing for some odd reason I identify myself first and last name For verification purposes, Lyft support refuses to identify themselves by first and last name and say that there is a policy that prevents them from giving out their last name. They record conversations and phone calls for security quality and assurance reasons, and when someone else tries to record them or the conversation they hang up the phone call because it’s OK for them to record you, but it’s not OK for you to record them, the only reason I decided to do Lyft in the first place was because I totaled my car and I used to do DoorDash before which is amazing compared to Lyft so I was left without a car. I noticed that Lyft had a program where you can rent a vehicle and work Lyft And I decided to try that and my 10 months of doing Lyft this job has compromised my mental health, my peace of mind and capitalize on every sent every dollar every opportunity they can. for example, I picked up a customer and the customer told me that he was charged $60 for Lyft services or for the ride I was providing do you know how much money Lyft paid me for that ride after charging the customer 60 bucks Lyft only paid me $22 and they made a profit of $38 and did absolutely nothing. I rent the car I pay the rental car fee I pay the insurance I pay for gas it’s my time energy and resources but yet again because they have an automated app that does all the work assign rides automatically to drivers, they felt they deserved more than half of the 60$. If I’m doing all the work why shouldn’t I end up with all the money . Lyft should be happy with 5%. Lyft subcontracts drivers to drive on their platform subcontract means you work for yourself as if you own your own business, do you think if I own my own business I would give someone else more money than the work they actually put in? Makes no sense. Working for Lyft was the worst decision in the worst experience. I will upload pictures in the near future after I I’m done with this job completely.

I agree with all the comments you can’t even reach no one with that number or should I say so call phone number it’s nothing but a machine and they can’t answer no important questions as in I wonder who took my money off my debit card and I need to speak with someone concerning that and who’s going to replace it back I am not a Lyft driver or rider but you need to contact me ASAP. Lyft Customer Service!!! And you are not open 24/7 Monday through Sunday. That’s a phoneI advertisement.

I got a recording and after the information was completed the call was disconnected. There is no live person to speak with.

This is the most ridiculous business I've encountered so far. I scheduled my pick up more than 24 hrs in advance, I got a message AFTER MY P.U. TIME that they had to cancel my ride. IT WAS TO THE AIRPORT.... THEY MADE ME MISS MY FLIGHT and said they couldn't provide any more information when I contacted customer service chat. If you had to cancel my ride then don't freaking ghost me...until AFTER MY SCHEDULED RIDE, how many times has this happened to other people? Something needs to be done about this. I'm out hundreds of dollars because of their lack of attention to the customer. Believe me, I will do what it takes to be whole again after these shenanigans.

Lyft and Uber screwed everyone trying to get back from the Nashville Speedway after the NASCAR race drivers where picking up our trips then waiting for a different one canceling one for the other leaving people stranded if a driver cancels then they should be locked out of the app for 3 hours at least it was a joke if the driver on my post should never drive for Lyft again shows up and cancels me and takes someone else it’s a game they play well never again he’s a liar and just stranded me for hours

I signed up to be a driver for Lyft and was referred by a Lyft driver, I signed up because I was told I got a $2200 sign on bonus after 200 rides in 30 days. I completed this and was denied bonus due to computer error. I don’t recommend working for them at all. Their company has only interaction with text and very difficult to deal with

I feel it's the craziest to not have your driver's UNABLE to talk on the phone when they need help.. The same way you text is the same way you could be talking on the phone to me..Correct this PLS I know I'm not the only one that think this is a problem

Thanks for being there when we needed you most.. My daughter left our house and was heading back to Nashville when she had car troubles. Being new to Nashville she has no one in the area that can help. We called for Lyft and Uber multiple times and was quoted $125 for some one to come get her and get her home. But no one ever took our request and we had to leave our house at 9pm and drive 3hr to her and another 1hr to get her home. We than had to drive the 4 hrs back home. It's nice to know that you are there for people when they need you most. I'd suggest to hire motivated drivers and can the one who want payed for doing nothing... Obviously it was a long Uber/Lyft but for $125 its unreal that no one wants to work...

I had requested a ride to one of the most popular places in Nashville (Gaylord Oprey Hotel). However, the driver dropped me off in the middle of no where on a residential street, 12 km away from the destination. He refused to drive me to the correct destination. It was unsettling and I felt extremely unsafe as it was a new city, and country for me and I am a person of visible minority. I luckily was able to find another Lyft to take me to the right destination, but I was hoping for a refund for the time, trauma, and anxiety this experience had caused me. I had almost missed the concert I was supposed to attend due to their mistake. I submitted a ticket on their app 4 separate times and talked to over 8 different people who refused to give me a refund and kept "ghosting" the chat by closing the conversation or informing me that they would transfer me to a "specialized" department. I had probably spent over 7 hours trying to get a hold of someone that could actually help me, and they kept saying generic messages of how they couldn't do anything about it. For a multi million dollar company, it's appalling that they'd be greedy enough to not refund a customer for $16-39 and rather utilize 7+ hours of customer service representative's' time to refuse a refund and continue to not address their mistake.
