Came in and went to the jeans section. Almost immediately an associate came up to me and asked questions. Now I haven’t bought jeans in a long time. Her name is Ruth. She pulled jeans from what I told her I liked. After trying on one, she said I needed a smaller pair because of the ripple in front etc. she got me more Jean. I walked out with 2 new pairs. Had she not come by, I don’t think I would have walked out with jeans. This store is very lucky to have Ruth working for them. She needs to get a raise.

Usually I enjoy my visits into this location but not yesterday. Not once did any of the employees acknowledge any of the customers who came into the store or were shopping around, even when it was obvious they needed help. The female employee was too busy talking about local celebrities and how rude they were…Even talked about how bad they tipped at restaurants. (She evidently has a friend who works in a local restaurant)Not the best way to make a good impression on customers. 3 people, including myself walked out without buying anything.

First review and it's for the excellent service I got from Nicole who helped me shop jeans 30 minutes before closing when she could've just ignored me and hoped I'd get it out so she could go home. She was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. I was swayed to come in by the cute floral dress on display, I had to try it on (I bought it) and thought I should try some jeans on too since I'm already going through the hassle that is the fitting room. Nicole asked me if I needed any help and I told her I hate jeans and part of it maybe cause I don't know how to shop for it. She taught me the terms, sizes, asked my style and preference, just so nice. I bought a nice button up and the floral dress but no jeans, I just wasn't feeling the urge to fulfill my jean purchase. However I told Nicole her help and service would have me coming back to lucky brand when I do wanna finally purchase a good pair and I meant it!

Lucky Brand has more than a few nice tops for the ladies! Okay, they probably have more than that, but that's all I was interested in at the time.If Opry Mills Mall is your thing, you should check this place out. Considering where this store is located, their prices aren't bad.

Lucky Brand at Opry Mills in Nashville is a great place to go for cool jeans and much more. The staff here is very friendly and makes sure that you have everything that you need.
