So i drove 7 hours!! 7..!! Get there and it's closed!! Guy says oh there's a sign on our door.. well I'm sorry.. but maybe u should tell Google!! 7 hours!!! I wanted to buy 1,800$ boots. Had them picked out ( online) knew what I wanted.. and do u know what the guy at the door said???? That there's a "boot barn " in town!!! Really.???. if i was coming to Nashville to buy your boots do u really think I want some 200$ boots instead????...
Very upset.. will continue to buy my old gringo's...?

I thought it was just me who felt very unwelcome but these reviews say otherwise. Hopefully I will never Ever have any reason to go to Trashville again and deal with such horrible people and horrible service. I'll go to the Texas location 1,000 times before I set foot (no pun intended) here again!

Crystal was such a kind and great help in picking out boots for my wife and myself on our honeymoon trip to Nashville. Such a warm and welcome environment even in the face of renovations to the main storefront.

We went to this shop a week ago and the customer service was absolutely disgusting. The staff looked at us as if we were trash, I'm guessing it was the way we dressed. Little did they know I'm a Lucchese collector and have spent several thousands of dollars on boots at other locations with in the last few weeks! Extremely disappointing. Even though they had the boots I wanted we decided to leave immediately.

Really disappointed in experiencing what felt like racial profiling in this establishment. Me and my friend went to Lucchese looking to buy him some boots. Instead, upon entering we were immediately subjected to hostile behavior from the three employees. They immediately situated themselves in a triangle around us, as though we were going to steal. We couldn’t even make it to the boots section due to being boxed in that way. After being asked if there was “anything we can help you with” in a way that made it very clear that the employees felt there was nothing here for us, we went to walk out. One of the male employees rushed to open the door, and both he and the female employee stepped outside to watch us leave. I’ll never be back, and I encourage this establishment to look into bettering their customer service skills.

Walked in and immediately felt a hostile presence. This place seems to be proud in their exclusion and racial profiling. Following people in their stores and implying that there is nothing they can help you with. Upon asking if there’s anything they could help with in a very condescending and demeaning manner, we responded that we were just looking around. Three employees proceeded to flock around us in a cagey manner and practically ushered us out of the door and stepped outside to watch us walk away. We should emphasize that all me and the Black woman who I was with were simply chatting and browsing. We didn’t feel comfortable even going to the other half of the store. This place is not safe for minorities or women to be in alone. We were so disgruntled by the hostile customer service that we could only get a picture of the outside and a promise of a fair and bad review.

Visited this store and was immediately greeted by Morgan. She was super attentive and helpful. We discussed what I was looking for and after trying on a few I picked the ones I wanted. Unfortunately they did not have them in my size in store but she said she could get them from Texas, have the pull strap/shaft area stretched (since I have large calves) and mailed to me. 2 weeks later they showed up at my house and they fit perfectly. Thank you so much Morgan for all the help.

I can’t give Lucchese in Nashville a 5 star, and 4 even seemed a bit much, save for some last ditch effort by Seth.
Keep in mind I am visiting from Canada, and actually DID call a week ahead to ensure they had some boots in my size.
When I arrived they had NO boots in my size the week following CMA. Many boots sold. They did track down one pair in another store, and yes they could be shipped to Nashville.
No call back 3 days later so I dropped back in. There was a ball dropped somewhere and the boots never got shipped. Part of the reason I came to Nashville was to get a pair of Lucchese boots. Not too impressed at this point.
Seth did manage to find 3 other options, in 1/2 size bigger and D width, versus my preferred 9 1/2 2E. (Yes those are my current Lucchese boots size.)
So while I left satisfied, I have to say that overall customer service needs some work. There are gaps.

I wasn’t necessarily in the market to buy another pair of boots for my daughter but the smell of leather and the live music called us in. We came in during the CMA fest and left with her first pair of Lucchese boots. The staff was incredibly sweet. Nick was beyond helpful! He could not have been friendlier. He even taught my daughter how to easily take her boots off. They were busy but that didn’t stop him from giving us his undivided attention. If you go to this location, you must ask for Nick. My family will continue doing business with him because of the incredible customer service he gave.

Visited this location and was immediately greeted and they knew I was wearing Lucchese boots. Eliza helped my wife pick out a pair of boots that fit perfectly and ordered a pair for me since they didn’t have my size in stock. She was very friendly and was able to pick out exactly what I was looking for without me knowing the exact style I wanted. Those boots arrived a few days later to my home and were perfect. Thanks for the help and I will definitely be back for my next pair of boots.

If you’re in the market for premium boots in Nashville look no further than Lucchese. My experience at the Lucchese store was terrific thanks to the outstanding assistance of sales girl Morgan. Morgan’s attentive and patient demeanor set the tone for an enjoyable shopping experience. She took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through a bunch of different options. I tried on at least 10 pairs of boots. Morgan provided invaluable assistance in finding the perfect pair of boots.
Ultimately, I left the store feeling not only satisfied with my purchase but also grateful for the exceptional service provided by Morgan.

Stay away! Their customer service is non-existent. They take 0 accountability when they lose a boot. They will not contact you at all, putting the burden on you. Save your money and go to Ariat or Techova, better boots and better service. This place is a scam IMO.
