HAVE BEEN IN CONSTRUCTION FOR 38 YEARS. HERMITAGE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. MANAGEMENT WAS ALSO RUDE. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT ? WILL BE A HOME DEPOT CUSTOMER FROM NOW ON. NEW MANAGERS IN COMMERCIAL SALES,.. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ONES THAT HAD BEEN THERE OVER A DECADE ? SAD TIMES.

Went to this location for flooring. Have been back 8 different times. Have had numerous discounts because they’ve messed it up every. Single. Time. There’s about 5+ “assistant store managers” that have no idea what they’re doing. I get that it’s hard to find help but the customer service from 80% of the staff is egregious. Everytime I have come here I’ve been overcharged. The attitude of the employees speaks nothing of customer service. Management is non existent. Cory has been of absolutely no help. Seems like it’s time for a demotion of the whole staff. All of the are insubordinate. Jeff is great though. Nice guy. Always friendly.

FYI, if you purchase appliances from Lowe’s and pay cash or put on YOUR CREDIT CARD and want to return it, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BECAUSE YOU DID NOT USE THEIR CREDIT CARD AND FINANCE!!!!!!!!!!

Garbage store. Can't even be bothered to stock a 14x18x1 filter, of any kind. Might as well drop "home improvement" off of y'all's sign. Can't even keep up with a two bit chain, like Walmart, on stocking some damn filters.
New post, because Lowe's and home Depot can't stop dropping the ball. All I wanted was a simple electric fly swatter, Lowe's website stated that this specific location had one for pickup. I go to this location and look for and do not find it, I then ask the checkout person if they know where it is and is given a half unsure point, saying it "It should be on that wall." I go there and it was not on that wall... I go back to the checkout area and the guy walks off as I'm walking up. By this point I'm done dealing with Lowe's mess and leave.
If anyone needs a electric fly swatter this summer, don't choose Lowe's or Home Depot, in Hermitage. Choose Harbor Freight, because they atleast have them on both ends of the store.

Do not buy major appliances from Lowe’s. They will either install it incorrectly, not install at all, confuse delivery for pickup, or may not haul away the old appliances even if you pay fees for installation and haul away. Also, if you order using the Lowe’s app, you will not be able to see or track your purchases. Unacceptable way of doing business.

This all started out started out with me thinking that I could just go to Lowes with some (Lowes) gift cards to do an upgrade on my middle school school very needed lockeroom. Then the nightmare started! I went to the Lowes located on Dickerson Rd. in Nashville Tn, made my lumber order and some young manager came out and swiped the card needed. 1-2-3 I'm paid for I'm finished right? NO! I tell them that the order will be picked up that afternoon but come to find out the wood for my order was NEVER taken down and put together for pick up therefore when I came back with the truck I had NO order and was told by a very smug & cocky manager with an attitude that 1st of all he couldn't find the order??? And then he said didn't you pick it up already???? So now I'm biting my tounge so that I don't get any further aggravated that I already am. Anyway they concluded with the order was never put together and decided to give me a refund. But lucky me! My refund for $884.60 has to come in the mail so my project is delayed even longer but I grin amd bear it! Gift card for $884.60 comes in the mail from Lowes Corporate Headquarters so I'm ready and confident
I go to the store see to make my order and get to the counter with one of my co-workers who decided to tag along to help me out this time for support and help with some other supplies. The cashier swiped ? the Lowes Corporate Refund Card and I can't even make this up, the cashier looked at me sadly and said......there aren't any sufficient on this card/ it looks to have been used before!?!? At this poing done with Lowes and just wat this all to end!!? Once again I call Corporate and explain all of this and after what seems almost forever on the phone and a bunch of hold on's and somebody will be right with you and a bunch of elevator music and a hour later it all came down to Lowes said that they'll send me ANOTHER gift card and I'll wait yet again for a situation that is not my fault and from a company that seemed to care less about me! I'm a millitary veteran who doesn't needed a lot of unnecessary stress in my life ok!?
Lowes local management amd Corporate dropped the ball and didn't even offer me a complimentary gift card for all of my troubles until I literally had to say don't you feel that you've held up my project to the point of maybe reimbursing me something for my schools time and troubles? The lady said it was out of her hands but she could send be a $25 e-card to me but if I held on the phone that maybe one of Lowes higher ups could do more? Well I held on for 13 more minutes only for the phone to hang up!!!
UNBELIEVABLE? I would love for someone from Lowes Corporate to read of my experience and contact me and let me know is this the way that you treat your customers? I just turned 65 years old and have never felt so belittled in all of my adult life? I had drill sergeants who treat me with more respect and that's saying a mouth full!? Give me some hope that somebody is professional and cares! C'mon and get in touch with me Lowes or someone get in touch with them for me and tell them about my situation!! Thank You
