So we went today to this store and we ask the front cashiers if they can call someone to help us with paint and no a single soul around do you even have employees to help customers anymore? well we left our cart with the rest of the stuff that we were going to buy and did the best thing we went to another place to buy our paint.

Lowes is the better option of the big box stores around here, for the homeowner.
Their customer service is better than the others.
Their pine and treated pine is superior to their main competitor, and I always go to Lowe's for those items, but for any other contractor grade items, it's the competitor for me.

Better selection usually for parts than Home Depot. You can find help there, but both should carry parts for the merchandise they sale.

The employee gave me this QR code to scan, but I didn't have my receipt to properly do the review so I did it here. Noah said he was the floor supervisor (I believe) and I came in asking how to fix getting a sock stuck in my vacuum. We tried multiple things around the store and he successfully got it!! He was so friendly and helpful. It seemed all the employees needed his help as much as I did, but he was on a mission with his customer (me) and was determined to fix my issue. Hes amazing! I tried to tip him and he refused. He said he gets paid well, but he needs a raise for his willingness to help! Thank you Noah! Keep up the amazing work you do!!
Btw, he used a snake for plumbing and it worked perfectly if you also need this kind of help. 😃

Worst store experience I’ve ever had. Nobody helps you, staff is rude, and I was called a racial slur by German, one of the staff members in the paint department. I will be calling corporate.
