Bought an expensive tool chest in store and had to wait 30 mins just for someone to help me with it. Come to find out it didn’t have the key with it anyway - a necessity. When confronted about it, management was rude.

Jamaal is an excellent employee. I have never received such great customer service from Lowe’s prior my interaction with him. It was so good that I stopped what I was doing to write this review. Truly have an amazing employee with endless potential. I would hire him in a heartbeat

There's really no way to describe their garden center other than neglected. Some of the plants are great and look healthy, but so many of the plants-especially the flowers-are dead or dying due to lack of water. I don't know why someone spray a hose on the plants every few days. I can't imagine that this garden center doesn't lose money from dead or dying plants they can't sell. My husband and I were there yesterday and honestly, I wanted to fill watering cans and try to save many of the flowers, vegetables, and other plants.

If you need anything that has to do with customer service, like returns or dealing with curbside pickup, just drive the extra 10 minutes to another store. If it's something you can do entirely yourself / you won't need any assistance with anything, it's a fine store.
I've had returns where they said to pull my trailer around and they're calling the forklift, and fifteen minutes later I find an employee who said "oh I don't know how to do that. I'll go find someone." And after thirty minutes I just tracked down the forklift guy myself.
I've had curbside pickups where they gave me the wrong items five times, and I've had curbside pickups where it said it was ready, so I went inside to get it, and they said they couldn't find it but to give them 15 minutes. So 45 minutes later I just shopped the items myself.
8 out of 10 times I've done a curbside pickup, it would have been far faster if I'd just gone in myself and shopped the items, even though it said it was ready.
If you just need to run in and get something, it's fine.
It's very very apparent that the employees do not want to be there either.

I agree with all the following reviews about 0 customer service. O on getting anyone to answer your call. I have been in the store numerous times trying to get a fridge installed. Left assured several days ago that a manager was going to resolve the situation and still no call and no fridge going on three weeks. When I told Yolanda the store manager I was going to get a refund and report my experience to the BBB. She said that’s fine, have a nice day.
Third party contractors brought the fridge one day after numerous time changes only to tell me I needed to get a wrench and unhook it myself or hire a plumber because they don’t install if you have copper lines at which point they left with the fridge still on the truck.
AND this is not the first bad experience but the third with this Lowe’s. I had three different stoves delivered years ago because the first two were coming on in the off position. Luckily my house didn’t burn down.
I used to like Lowe’s better than Home Depot. Now I am not sure where to go. Home Depot won’t install much of what they sell either. I bought a faucet and Lowe’s won’t install it either. Buyer beware. Just not worth the mental stress and aggravation.

I just did a return of an item that I could not get in to pull from the locker and return. Spoke to Nelli on the phone and she handled it in a matter of minutes. Removed it from the locker and processed it for me. She was friendly and professional. Great rep for Lowes.

After spending $1000s at this store, we buy a vent hood and are told we could not return it. Somewhere in fine print, somewhere, Lowes printed a policy "appliances not returnable after 3 days" or something to that effect. BE WARNED!!!
Since then, Home Depot has had our business
After reading the below concession- they miss the point!!! This isn't about making me happy - it's changing their bad policy that hurts consumers. My intent is to forwarn others about Lowes policy that is not expressed responsibly.
