They were extremely short staffed, and it took several minutes for someone to cover the tools section. Other than that it was an ok visit.

This location has horrible customer service. They made me contact their warehouse to cancel an order I placed at their store that they screwed up. Told me several times that the appliance I ordered was not in stock any where in their network but I went to another store and they were able to place the order and assured that plenty were in stock. All but one of the employees I dealt with at this location were extremely rude and unwilling to help or make things right.

My initial thoughts were that no one cared to assist me but Mr. Chris went above and beyond his duties. I was looking for a pitch fork handle and he put it together for my mother and I. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and knowledge of exactly what we needed.

I asked for help at a department and the lady was extremely hostile for no reason while I was very polite. They probably need to hire a therapist to work there full time to help some staff calm down and stop projecting their miserable lives onto random people. ?

This has absolutely become the worst place I have stopped at. Just walking in the door the staff is a rude as can be. They treat you like a thief yet I'm not one. Then they treat you like you have stolen something yet I have stole nothing. There are a 2 employees I know that work here that are decent humans. The rest act like security guards at a maximum security prison!

Corporate should invest into “Customer Service” training for ALL management, starting with “ returns” representatives, as it seems impossible to return anything without feeling offended or given the attitude when needing assistance. I understand the “understaffed” or “fatigue” but a customer should not have to pay the price. NEVER STOP IMPROVING should be implemented in their training program.

My family and I go to Lowes for all of our "hardware", building, and gardening needs. It's our go-to place in the neighborhood! But, more than that, we always find what we are looking for at Lowes. And, best of all: the staff are kind, helpful and knowledge experts on the "how to's" of whatever project we're shopping for. If someone doesn't know where something is, they have the store layout in tech form right in their
pocket. And, and, and, the staff generally offers to walk us to the aisle they recommend be sure we find what we asked them for.
Right now, I'm bucket gardening. I was able to find everything I needed from the buckets and correct soil, to seeds and starter plants. It seemed the garden department staff are all proficient gardeners, my shopping trip came with bucketsful of expert gardening advice. My whole first-time gardening experience was a fun time. I just harvested my first tomatoes and they tasted great!!

I am done with large chains that refuse to have any actual cashier lanes open! I will gladly pay more at Ace Hardware, where I know I will be greeted & not have to fight through ringing myself up with a basket full of items at a tiny checkout counter! The excuses for being short staffed are b.s! I walked within six feet of no less than eight Lowe’s employees that refused to even make eye contact with me. Almost all of them were just standing around, and not one employee said a word to me while I was in the store! Even when I looked directly at them to try and get a response, there was nothing! It’s not just this location either.

Ordered items for pickup. Employee working the customer service desk was probably the rudest person I have ever come in contact with in a retail establishment. Snotty attitude and that was in addition to me standing in front of her at the counter waiting while she had a personal conversation with her coworkers. Suggest management check their security recordings and see how this person treats customers as she should not be dealing with customers. I feel certain they have to be aware of this person with likely other customer complaints.

Today, I had a great experience with the help I had in the paint department. The attendant was very helpful.
