I had a fantastic experience with Sarah B. today.
I drove 90 minutes to have my fragrance aka cologne bottle repaired. My sprayer came off while traveling.
While waiting I looked around the store. Many other associates offered to help while I was waiting for Sarah to return.
Sarah’s manager took care of my dilemma.
Sarah showed me a few other fragrances and I decided to purchase them. I asked about a luggage bag and I ended up purchasing it as well.
Sarah was professional and delightful to work with.
