We hosted an event at Loews Nashville and had a great experience overall! The service was wonderful all around. The hotel team was incredibly hospitable. The bellmen who work in the lobby are exceptional. The event services and banquets team were very friendly and on top of things. The front desk team was lovely. The meeting space is very nice and looks freshly renovated. The gym is state of the art. The restaurant and bar are really nice and served great southern food and beverage options. My only critic is that the sleeping rooms and hallways were dated and worn. The sleeping room floors (including club levels) could use a refresh and renovation.

Complimentary water. Complimentary fridge and microwave available on request. Complimentary Hotel shuttle for drop off within 3 miles.
Food and drinks: Food and drinks inside the hotel is really good. It's affordable and prices similar to any nearby restaurants.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location across the street from Vanderbilt University. They overcharged me, would not let me cancel and said that my reservation was nonrefundable when they had not disclosed that beforehand, and would not let me speak with a manager. A very poor performance.
Rooms: Mediocre room. Overpriced.

Rooms: Very pretty and comfortable
Walkability: Able to walk to broadway and the stadium 16 blocks house car was offered but difficult to take advantage of
Food and drinks: Restaurant and bar very relaxing experiences

High level of service from the moment you pull up. Attentive and caring staff, room was excellent. Best beds, best pillows, best linen. Food was incredible. Atmosphere in the lounge was calming. Excellent location close to everything & a shuttle to take you to broadway and see all of the talented musicians in this area.

Charged my card numerous times, kept telling me they wouldn’t again. 3 times by the time I checked out 830+ dollars and the hotel that was prepaid for. They clean rooms and hallways very early so you can never sleep in on vacation (vacuuming and slamming doors there while stay) for the price of this hotel you should have everything you want including sleeping in. Restaurant is very limited
Rooms: No microwave, no fridge, plug ins for phones on night stand just fall out
Safety: Good safety
Food and drinks: Everything has gratuity, even the store downstairs

Nice hotel but beds are firm and very uncomfortable for people with back and hip issues, No microwave or mini fridge (you can request a mini fridge though so that was a plus), TV did not work properly they tried to fix it but wasn't able to fix the issue stating it was the cable box issue. AC was not very cold had to turn it all the way down to 62⁰ just to get it to feel like 72⁰ in the room. Not very impressed with this place especially for the price!

Service sucked, room service wait time is 2 hrs, water provided is too small bottle mustard think of better option, water is prime requirement. Reception staff and everyone else, concierge awesome, breakfast options are too limited with not much choice to eat.
In bathrooms all the hotels should think of installing a hand shower for a bath wall mounted is too complicated. Making ur hair wet and your face also can't be washed well as the pressure was either more or less. Overall ok

This hotel has problems. booked a grand suite, specifically a non-accessible room on a higher floor and paid extra for it. Checked in and was given a bottom floor, with a view of a wall, handicap room. They refused to give me what I booked and refused to compensate for not giving me what I paid for.

What a beautiful hotel! Great location near the University and easy access for Uber and Lyft so you’re not getting in the car on the street, which is a huge convenience in this area! Walking distance to so much too! The team here makes you feel like a top priority and really made our stay terrific!! Van was truly exceptional! He took the time to help and share about the area. Made us feel like the only people in the hotel but gave everyone equal attention. What a superstar in a team of stars!
