I just recently moved into the Lincoya Bay and is very satisfied and feel very welcomed. Being pleased of the choice I made, starting with the amazing office staff Ms.Towanda and the wonderful reliable & respectful Gio has been such a helpful maintenance man. I also give shout out to the postal workers because they were also very helpful showing me the correct box to receive my mail.I’m looking forward to this new journey and very proud to call Lincoya Bay Home.Always,Tysley

Review updated:The maintenance team in here is awesome every time we need a repair they take care of it quickly and they are very nice and respectful as well. The manager also is very helpful and nice she is always smiling and happy to help. I hope she stays here longer as Morgan Property keeps changing managers.

Lincoya Bay Apartments and townhomes has a massive trespassing issue. If you would like to pay a lot to live in a state park parking lot come here! Cars are getting stolen, vandalized property and more.\\n\\nNew management is apparently handling whole complex alone but still they have failed to respond to these MASSIVE issues for months.\\n\\nMy reviews have been deleted twice, and calls/ messages ignored. If anyone has advice that would be great!\\n\\nUnfortunately expect management to respond with we strive for greatness email us! But then don’t respond, they are disrespectful and awful

When I moved in January the first unit was nothing that was displayed online and wasn’t even ready for when we moved in, thankfully I was able to get moved to another apartment after contacting them. They change leasing office staff without notice and hours as well without any notice. I moved out but my lease wasn’t up until May 5th and send in my early termination and was told that they would send over a form on the portal and never happened until the last day when I had turned in my keys on april 17th and did an inspection. Also had made their own work orders and took my access away from the apartment before May 5th. They pretty much had possession of the apartment for 3 work weeks and waited until the day of May 5 to add fees and sign the form when they had multiple weeks. If you are going to have someone step in make sure they know what they are doing before they are in the office alone.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. The apartment layouts online don’t match up with what is actually inside of the apartments. Also property staff are horrible at responding to emails and answering phone calls. They also try to charge you for anything and everything to try and get as much money out of you as possible. Definitely stay clear of Lincoya bay apartments. I would give 0 stars if that was possible

If I could give a zero star I would. We lived here for 2 years. When moving out we got a bill for damages. Some of which I noted on our move in inspection. Well now moving out that inspection paperwork is not in our file and are getting charged for things that were there when we moved in. Also for holes in the wall from hanging pictures that we filled in and now being told we didn’t fill the holes properly and are getting charged for those now. I would suggest if you move here to take pictures of everything in your inspection and paperwork you fill out because Paperwork seems to disappear in the office. The office staff have changed so many times over the last 2 years and even went through a time where we had no maintenance staff at all. When we moved in we had ants and also had mold develop in our vents. This place has probably been the worst apartments I have ever lived in. If you have other options I would definitely suggest going with another apartment complex.

If I could give this property a zero, I would. I called to set up a tour. I was told there were no tours that day but I could do a walk-in. I’m here from out of state and so I said I would do that. The management sent me a text and email saying I had an appointment to tour that day and the time to arrive. I arrived On time for the appointment (a bit early) and when I went to enter the office there was a sign on the door saying they would be out until nearly an hour after my appointment. I called again and was instructed to leave a message. No one called back, no one responded. I wrote the management company and no one has responded. The property had overflowing trash everywhere and does not look like the pictures. I would never rent here.

pretty expensive but everything about this place was perfect. except.. the noisey dog next door. i complained several times and after 4 months of calling.. it got resolved. even had to call animal control cause the management did nothing about it... love the pool :)

Trust me…. DO NOT move here. Within only 4 months I have had TEN maintenance requests submitted. Yesterday maintenance showed me my vents had MOLD. Earlier this week the incompetent leasing staff (which by the way has changed 3 times since I’ve moved in here) locked me inside the gym after their shift was over and emergency maintenance had to let me out 45 mins after the fact. And guess what? No compensation or any type of making-it-up to me. Spider webs EVERYWHERE, spiders in my apartment…. Just all in all you’re better off literally anywhere else. I unfortunately was lied to about basically every issue reported in these reviews, should’ve listened.

I have been here for some years we have been through at least 50 managers close to 50 maintenance man I love the area because it's close to work shopping but this area is starting to be trashing you never know who you talking to I really appreciate the service that they did here lately though they've been right on point with it they didn't ask us about changing the locks on the door they just come in and put computer locks on the door which everybody puts their all into computers and don't realize that they could crash at any moment people put on clothes to come to the office to tell you to go online I'm just old school and I just wish things would go back to the way it was really really hoping pray that they get this area back up to part like it was when I first moved over here it was such a beautiful community so clean management was professional just hope and pray that they get it back up to part

out of all the apartments I have ever lived in in the Nashville area this has to be one of the worst places.. It could be such a good community but the staffing here is horrible.. I had paid to remove it off my lease in 2 years later he was still on my lease Tell me how I still lived here for 3 years without renewing my lease... I have not been able to receive mail because I never received a new key to the new mail system and now I just got charged $25 to get a new key that I don't even know how to receive it from the post office.. had a check coming in so I can pay the rent but since I was not able to get my mail the rent was late and I still had to pay the late fee after Lincoya had put my mailbox on vacant..smh

DO NOT TRUST THEM! We submitted an application and paid all the fees for an apartment that it said in the website will be available on Aug 13, 2022 and when we went to have a tour they said no the apartment actually not ready and we don’t know when it’s going to be available!!!! We submitted the application based on the availability of the apartment, and now we can’t have it and they refused to refund our money!Second apartment complex with Morgan that is really the worst among all!
