Although the person who I spoken with ( at the nashville branch) was in no way the problem, my problem was and has been with the merger with Fortera. I was use to the personal experience with life credit union. Upon the merger I feel like I am nothing more than a number, put on hold for minutes ( normally 10 to 15 ) or having to get a return phone call. Note the last person who i had spoken last over the phone with ( at Frontera in Clarksville) promised that i would get a return call, that was 2 days agoThat being said I have started a new account with a different bank.

I arrived at the Hayes Street Branch in Nashville today and it was certainly nice to meet the newer representatives and learn of some of the employees I've known since joining at the time it was 'Baptist Hospital Employee Credit Union' located in the Church Street. Every one was extremely professional and pleasant and took the necessary action to resolve my issue with my account as well assist with getting re- connected with my online account and password. I'm so grateful that the original traditional professionalism, with the knowledge and time to assist in having yet a newer generation and fresh friendly faces was very refreshing as well as the many other contact with Fortera via the phone, video chatt and phone transactions.Thank everyone involved and keep up the great job!Sincerely,Dennis W BoydARLINGTON, TENNESSEE

The people at my Life Credit Union/Fortera location on Hayes Street are the consummate professionals. And while they're being so professional they're also so very friendly and genuine at the same time. I love my bank!

Jaycee was my teller today. She was very efficient, Knowledgeable and friendly.It made me feel good when the teller with the strawberry blonde hair spoke to me and called me by my first name. Also the second teller , brunette also was very helpful with addressing some concerns and questions that I had about other business.The ladies at this branch are always very knowledgeable and most efficient to help me to complete my transactions so that I can be on my way.They are “Simply the Best”Perfection with Clarity.Sincerely,Dexter W. very helpful and offered to print off checks for me which I didn't know was an option. I really appreciated how convenient it was since I only needed a few of them. The credit union staff is always great and very helpful!

Love this credit union and the staff. Small but everything you need and want. I am a fortera member and have been complaining that it's only in Clarksville. Well Life saves the day. Lyndsay I believe was her name but she was not only sweet she was excellent with customer service. I recommend this credit union and now know where to go in Nashville. Ps. There is no sign on the outside of building it looks like a medical center with Vallet but low and behold... it's life!#sswirlapproved #will be back
