This location was very sketchy for me …I filed my taxes this past Friday by Natasha…After leaving I get down the street she calls me asking for my daughters SS. Again ???.I asked was something wrong she said “everything is okay”….So I pulled over the to check the printed out copies that she gave me.My daughters SS is wrong and the only copies she gave me was a thick pile of loan papers and one page out of my IRS Tax Return.I called her back and said you didn’t give me a copy of my Tax Return. She told me that I wasn’t entitled to a copy of it and that it was only for Liberty Files only. I told her that I’ve filed my taxes for years and I’ve never had an issue with getting a copy of my return after filing. She tells me that she needs to call her manager or boss to see if she can give me a copy.(mind you this is after filing the same day/ a few minutes after filing ) With all that said ? Just Know you can’t get in the building without them letting you in the door it stays locked?So I pulled back up. NaTasha meets me at the door with a copy of my tax refund and said oh ,here it is and you approved for your loan. I Showed her the papers where she only gave me the loan forms and One sheet out of the tax return. Later that day, I get a email from the loan company saying that I’m not approved. I also I called back and asked her why my daughters social (SS) wasn't showing on the tax return. She says it not Suppose to show on the tax return.Also , evelope this is not really a big deal but I used to get one every year that I’ve came by …She didn’t give me an envelope to put my tax returns in (just handed me all the papers)….I asked her for an envelope to put my papers in she said ( With plenty envelopes in front of her)“no we don’t give those out”I have been coming to this location for years. Never had a problem like this. I feel very uncomfortable about my tax return.I also asked for a number to someone else that can help me. She told me that her boss/manager was on vacation and wouldn’t be able to help or reassure me that everything was Correct .I’m making this review Because I’m unable to get in touch with anyone besides The same person that filed my taxes. I’ve called the 1-800 number for liberty I can’t get no one to on the phone to help. Or At least make sure that my taxes are properly filed.

I had never met an amazing person when doing my taxes. Tasha was knowledgeable humorous held a conversation understood my concerns and made my experience wry simple and fun. AFFORDABLE as well! Thank you Tasha keep being awesome!

I can’t recommend this location enough. Tax season is always so stressful, but Sean, the new owner, made it an easy and stress-free experience. All I had to do was make sure that all of my documents were together and he took care of the rest. He really knows his way around small business taxes!
