Dropped off a small piece of silver to be resilvered (if that's a word). It took a long time, several months, when I finally sent a message that if completed or not I was coming to pick it up. I received a response that if would be ready the next day. When I arrived my piece was done beautifully and the owner was very nice. Rating would be 5 stars if it was completed more timely.

I caution anyone thinking of using this company unless you are prepared for broken promises, delay after delay (5 months for me) in getting your items returned (they refer them as your "material things") and then when you do pick up your items they are unapologetic, rude, and show you the door to exit!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! Be sure to read the bad reviews of this "so called" company! Will not answer phone or return calls left with message. Drove to their shop and stated that I had been trying to get in touch with them for weeks. Keith Leonard (the owner) told me to get out of his shop...even to the point of cursing at me. Told me he had all the business he needed....did not need more Customers b......ng at his counter. This man was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

Horrible wretched excuse for a company. Make sure you check out his reviews. Does not return calls and cursed at me. I have checked his reviews and he well deserves every bad review and more. Upon checking his reviews...."does not call back, loses parts and kept inventory for months.

Avoid this business at all costs! They were rude, lied about having my item ready, and after 6 months, I picked it up - UNTOUCHED. Surely there are other businesses out there who value the customer. Never going back!

Please read the reviews. The negative comments are true. Dropped off my parts and waited for a call when they said the parts should be ready. I never got a call. I tried calling them to check on my parts. After leaving several messages, they rarely answer the phone, I as told they would be ready in a few weeks. Again, never got a call. Finally, three months later I called and left a message and also sent an email stating I was coming to pick up my parts, ready or not. They had them ready the next day. Go home with my parts and realized one part was missing. They never found my missing part, but they charged me for plating it.It's a shame they treat their customers like they do because they do pretty good plating.

Took 21 pieces of chrome to be re done off a 1971 ford ranchero. Dropped March 16, 2020. They never called or nothing for months. I wrote it off to slow progress because of covid. Finally October went up there and got all but 1 piece the rear bumper back. Told me would be done next week. Drove again 2+ hrs from Dunlap TN. To get it nothing done. They said they would send it to me in couple of weeks. It's now April. Bumper has been there over a year now. Do Not bring things here and sure don't pay all up front like I did.My advice is take it to a place in Athens TN. Little higher but heard good things about them.I will never bring anything back here.

Took my antique telephone parts there to be nickel plated about 2 months ago. They said they would call me. Time went by so I went to the store was told they were in the tank. Went back a week later, still in the tank. Went back the next week and the 4th of July held them up they said. Went back today July 15 and the daughter went to get her father. When I ask if they were ready he threw the bag of parts at me and said go take them somewhere else. They were not plated!! Don't go there!!
