I came to Mr. Glanton after my mom passed away after being hit by a car while crossing the street. Mr. Glanton and his team immediately jumped on the case, they have been there with me every step of the way. I was 21 at the time when I first came to them for help and I had no clue what do in the situation. Mr. Glanton took my case and treated me like a daughter. His team was there for me no matter what. Sometimes, I would call and talk to Mr. Jacob who would just listen to me. They were attentive, they made sure I was knowledgeable and was prepared every step of the way. If I had to do it all over I would choose Mr. Glanton again simply because he is truly the best. If you are looking to a lawyer who is attentive, knowledgeable, supportive, and who will be there every step of the way then Luvell Glanton is the lawyer for you. Thank you Mr. Glanton for all your hard work and patience as we have endured my case together!

I had an appointment with Mr. Glanton office about a case and I found Mr Glanton to be very straightforward and honest, the office staff are the most professional and nice people you will ever meet. I decided not to go forward with my case but if I ever need an attorney I would hire Mr. Glanton.

INCOMPETENT firm. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and will string you along without doing any real work until it’s too late to course correct.It has taken me a while to write a review, since I am still upset over the incompetent handling of my case. In May 2021, I was struck hard by a large SUV in downtown Nashville, as a pedestrian in a crosswalk. I was taken to a hospital in an ambulance after regaining consciousness. To this day, I don’t know how I didn’t die, but I came away from this incident with just bruises, swelling, months of pain, and a permanently damaged ankle that still causes me to adjust my activities nearly two years later.After 6 months of communication and forwarding medical and personal documents to Jewell and other staff, absolutely no progress was being made on their side, despite assurances from Jewell that Mr. Glanton was working on my case and that he would have to sue the responsible party. I was promised phone calls with plans of action that never happened. I asked for an update on my case at the 6 month mark. Jewell sent a blunt email response back that they would not be representing me. After 6 months of dragging me along and putting me through their unnecessary paperwork processes, they drop me for asking for an update on their progress.Turns out, as they are obligated to attach their work product when they release a client, all they did within 6 months was send a memo of 3 sentences, asking the responsible party to forward the memo to their insurance provider.After they dropped me, I called my auto insurance provider, and they had the party’s insurance policy within minutes and opened a case against their insurer. Minutes. I then contacted another attorney, who made quick progress with the party’s insurer. However, and this is something I requested from Glanton at the very start of our dialogue, they were unable to obtain CC video of the downtown Nashville intersection where the collision took place. The reason being too much time passed by and video was no longer available for the day of the accident. My new lawyer confirmed I was screwed over by Glanton.To further illustrate this office’s incompetence, a paralegal (Tanekia) from Glanton called a month before the one-year statutes of limitations deadline, asking if I was ready to move forward with their lawsuit. I had to inform her that her own office dropped me as a client. She was confused and didn’t know what to say.Part of the reason I’m writing this review 18 months later is that I’m still dumbfounded over the unjust treatment by this office. It bothers me more than the collision itself. I’m also not finished with how I will resolve this.I see the juvenile replies to people leaving negative reviews, and I welcome you, Mr. Glanton, to comment on this one.Readers: Do yourself a huge favor and contact an office with integrity. This office has none.Update: As you can read below, Glanton bypasses the fact that his office did no work on my case in 6 months. Those early months were crucial for a competent attorney to gather CCTV footage and correct false entires and statements in the police report. He spent more time gaslighting this review than he did on my case. Expect his office to be magicians? Juvenile. I only expected for a retained attorney to actually represent me and help me, professionally and honestly, or to say he didn’t have the experience, capabilities or resources to adequately help me… from the beginning.As a side note, I was originally referred to Mr. Benton at this office. After an initial conversation, Benton said I was the perfect client and would not let me down, partly based on his former colleague referring me to him. I don’t know what happened to Benton, but Glanton was supposedly the one working on my case… but he wasn’t. Again, this office has ZERO INTEGRITY.

I didn't hire him as legal counsel. But I spoke with Mr. Glanton directly who provided sound advice on a legal matter that other lawyers simply passed up. I would gladly bring a legal matter to the law offices of Luvell Glanton in the future should the circumstances require it.
