To me in my opinion, Lane Bryant is overpriced. Their style is somewhat of the elderly. I’m 38 so I used to shop there when I was a teenager, but now it’s nothing.

Let me tell you, Miss.Melissa and Miss C.J are awesome!!!! They will go above and beyond to help their customers and I personally appreciate them very much!! @LaneBryant West Nashville store give these ladies a raise!!

I’ve been a shopper once or twice a year for a few years and I’ve never felt more uncomfortable than when I went on 10/20. My fiancé and I were treated as if we were coming in to steal. When we first entered the store one of the women greeted us very aggressively and followed me around the store or made sure I was in her sight. This was a black woman treating me (a black woman) the way we hate to be treated in public and I will never shop at this location again.

They had All colors coordinated stocks Of foundation for women. Not to expensive. Great sales on Bras & Pj's.

"More like LAME BRYANT" I kept saying to my beautiful girlfriend as she tried on different bras. This place is good if you have a bust size outside the median. It's not lame, it's good for women.

I think I just about cleaned out the clearance section!! I don't go to buy clothes often and I can't believe how expensive clothes have gotten.

No one greeted me. I shopped around for about 30mins and no one bothered to say anything to me. No task should ever be more important then customer service. The cashier talked in to a ear device the whole time checking my items out . First experience here and felt like no one was friendly.

Was just in this store was asked if I needed help and my response was yes I need a bra fitting was told it will be a minute with only 4 people in the store 10 mins goes by same sales associate asks if I need help again yes I respond I need a bra fitting and she looks me up and down from behind the cash register and says we only do around the chest and it will be a minute again only 3 people in the store . Waited another 10 minutes and left. Sales associate do not ever look a person up and down and ask the same person twice for help when it’s clear you do not want to help them and do your JOB. I’m beyond furious you do not judge a person who walks in your store you do not know who they are. I will never be back. This review doesn’t deserve a star.

The staff was there for me and anything I need. They even let me show them the outfits I tried on and gave me honest point of view. And I got coupon that is a good deal. I'll be going back .
