So I am a instacart shopper and I do many orders a day at multiple stores as that is the job! Well, this evening I was at this kroger and I have been watched and questioned why I'm there and keep coming back by 3 workers. One, you see my phone with the app on and barcodes i have to scan and you see my green instacart shopper card that I use for the purchases and I tell you this is a instacart delivery every time at checkout.
It's pretty obvious why I'm there many times a day. I'm working just like you!!! Also, there is no rule as to how many times a day someone can enter and exit the store. I was judged and asked if I have paid for every item or if I'm coming back in small trips to steal! No manager was available as they said "sorry, it's closing time" tonight when this remark was made. Yes all my items were paid for by the customer that ordered them and my green shopper card. It would be nice to be able to work and not be accused and judged by your employees!

Austin, a Pharmacist at the Kroger on Highway 70 South in Nashville Tennessee was very helpful recently. All the staff there are kind and do their best to serve us.

parking is terrible, service is really bad, never is there enough help, when lanes are backed up another check lane is never opened. Service center is rarely open. The store layout is ridiculous, hard to find things and always have to back track. I have never be able to find help in the Deli, they have truly made the Deli self serving. The number of employees in the store is at one time is below par. Would rather go to Publix and pay a little more for the service, cleanliness and over all better experience. Publix has more employees in the Deli/Bakery than Kroger has in their entire store. It's a shame how far Kroger service has fallen over the past 5 years. Kroger do better.

This Kroger is pretty good. Lots of registers (both self checkout and manned) to try and get people out quick. Good selection.

Here's an unusual fact about this Kroger: they don't sell butter. I walked a half-dozen times through the dairy section, cheeses, cut and bake goods, ice cream too, but no butter. There was yogurt, cream cheese, etc but no butter. They don't even sell "I Can't Believe it's Not Butter!" I couldn't figure it out, and neither could the associate or stocker I asked for help. It was so random but pretty inconvenient, given how much butter's used for.

The pharmacy staff could use some customer service training and reminders not to be rude to customers.

This place honestly sucks. They are constantly out of the basic essentials. Today they were out of eggs, cocoa powder, fairlife, and Splenda while evey other chain has everything in stock. Went at 7:30 and it was self checkout only.Honestly the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 was because Felicia was nice and had a great attitude.Go to Publix instead. Better prices, better selection, and workers who are cheerful and working the checkout lanes.

Can't give it a full one star because it's an ok store. Recently the app has not been accurate at all and we end up wasting a trip because we can't actually get what we came for.

We like shopping at Kroger and have done so for years. Today, however, we were very annoyed with the cheapness of the bags. The bagger put 1 box of Graham crackers and 2 small jars of pickles in 1 bag. Shouldn't be an issue,. Those horrible bags are so thin and cheap when we picked up that bag, the box slashed open the side and the pickles fell out and smashed on the patio. We weren't even 2 feet from the vehicle. That bag didn't weigh more than 2.5 pounds. Do we have to ask for double and triple bags for every purchase? We didn't go back to the store to get a refund because it's a 25 minute drive, but this incident is clearly due to the cheap bags your company uses. We would like a refund for the smashed jars. Please let us know how to get that.
