Kroger is a well-known grocery store in Nashville that offers a wide selection of food and household products, including fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, home goods, and pharmacy items. The store is appreciated for its friendly and knowledgeable employees, who are helpful and responsive to customer inquiries. Many shoppers have positive experiences with the meat, seafood, and deli departments, noting the respectful nature of the staff. However, some customers mention that the store often has long checkout lines due to a lack of open cash registers, which can lead to delays. Additionally, the removal of benches outside the store has been a concern for some, particularly for disabled individuals. While the store generally meets shoppers' needs, there are occasional complaints about product availability, such as the discontinuation of certain items. Overall, Kroger remains a popular choice for many in the area, despite some minor operational issues.
The pharmacy needs to communicate better.I have tried to call them and the phone usually keeps ringing they could at least put me on hold or let me know something. The lady was very nice and very helpful that I talked to today. And the older gentleman is usually helpful too

They need to train their staff more for customer service to be more friendly especially Victoria she was very rude and yell on people, she needs to learn how to respect the customers and to be polite!

Customer service at Kroger leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately their customer service is very frustrating and their prices higher than other stores. I used to shop here but don't very much anymore.
