Kroger seafood dept. at Nashboro Village in Antioch is BAD NEWS. There were lobster tails in the case that had BAD CONTAMINATION.GREEN! One was pinkish red also. I told the worker, he pulled off the rotten part and stuck it BACK IN THE CASE!! He tried to convince me it was fine when i myself worked in the same place years ago!! Someone is going to get very sick. This is disgusting.

I like Kroger, though their prices are, on average, a dollar or better than everywhere else on pretty much everything. I have only one gripe and that is with a Long Hollow Pike employee, who arrives every morning with their car stereo so loud it disturbs the whole surrounding area, especially the apartments that share the same parking lot, and remain in the car no less than 10 minutes, stereo blasting! It is ridiculous to be awakened at 6 in the morning by their rudeness. I have called and spoken with the manager about it, and advised that I would notify corporate and file an excessive noise complaint with the Goodlettsville PD. Apparently, they do not care, as it continues.

Don’t use the Kroger delivery service. They will take money out of your checking account without asking you they will overcharge you and bring you hot damaged groceries and not refund you.
Yes, this happened today and I’ve spent two hours trying to deal with it and not only did I not get my money back. They even charged me more money on top of what I paid for so now I’m overcharged and I have damaged groceries and the people were all rude to me on the phone. I will never shop at Kroger again ever.

It’s past time for the Kroger stores in Murfreesboro TN to be updated. There’s one in particular that I can’t stand to go in. It looks dirty and the isles are so small.

I at 711 Gallatin Pike location doing regular shopping like always( 11-27-2024 incident time 7:22 pm). Cashier scan my id for alcohol. As I was leaving out manager by the name of Sabrina and stopped me to look at my receipt because she said she received a message of black girl stealing. It wasn't an issue. Until she took my receipt and was asking me about the items on the receipt. I do feel this is discrimination and why look for items on the receipt. If it's on the receipt I would say those items are pay for. Management needs correction at this location asap before the get a big law suite for discrimination..

Hello, I am a very upset customer. I placed an online order and was scheduled to pick it up at 7pm. Unfortunately I received a message stating that the order was not going to be ready until 8pm. So I leave my home at about 730pm to pick my order up. I get up to the krogers and parked and thats when they tell me that the order was canceled.
So I get out my parked car and I go in the store and ask for a store manager.
I explained to him what happened, he then go to the pickup area to see why they canceled the order. So store manager came out and told me that the store was out of the items that I had on my order, So then tell the manager that, I will check to see if they have the items that on my order. and it took me 5 minutes to find the items I need for my order.
I am very very upset, because I paid for the items and I need it for a cartering event.
I cannot even get my money back not until it post back on to my debit card.
I am very disappointed with this krogers on getwell and airways Southaven, Ms.
You all need to replace the lazy employee that are filling the orders and maybe the assist Manager. For the simple fact he didn't try to stop me for checking nor did he check. It's called inspect what you expect. This kind of problems is what you all need to bring in robots to pick the groceries. Customer may get better services then.

My neighborhood Kroger is the one in Nashboro Village on Murfreesboro Road, Nashville. I have struggled for years to like my shopping experiences there. I’ve been so disappointed in the past that I’ve driven to other locations miles from home just for better selection and cleanliness. First, the store is dirty inside and the parking lot is filthy with trash outside. Second, the selection is often a miss for me with bare shelves especially the produce department. More recently, each time I shop, there are no regular cashiered registers opened, only self checkout. This means everyone even the elderly with whole weeks worth of groceries have to scan our own stuff. I often use self checkout for shear speed of it. However, if we don’t have any other options, we now wait longer wait times as shoppers are doing full carts. This is the regular there now every time I go. If everyone is to scan and bag their own groceries without other options then a percent of our costs should be deducted off our receipts. We certainly know Kroger gouges and over charges on their products. You could really do much better to help the community that keeps you in business.

The price gauging has gotten way out of hand. I’ve always liked shopping at Kroger. But I can’t afford the normal items I would always purchase there due to your ever increasing prices. Please reduce prices back to pre covid prices.

If I could give your pharmacy in Springfield TN a zero I would. My doctor mistakenly sent my wife's prescription to Kroger instead of Wal-Mart. One of the prescriptions can't be transferred. She was told that if she didn't fill all the prescriptions there they wouldn't fill the prescription that can't be transferred. They are literally holding her prescription hostage because she won't fill her other prescriptions. This is greedy and spiteful!!

A small box of pudding is now $1.00. Used to be $0.58 before Uncle Joe took over. But that's no excuse for Kroger gouging.

If you want to be over charged go to the Goodlettsville kroger. It happens every single time. I'm just about done going to kroger..publix is a much more honest place
