I couldn’t find cilantro and mint leaves there. There were a variety of veggies though. It was clean and well arranged when I visited. But what’s the point when you don’t get what you want in such a big store.

This Kroger is an embarrassment. It’s always dirty and the number of expired and damaged products on the shelves is mind boggling. My first experience was ordering a delivery that came later than we were told. We also only got half our order. We had to go in the store and talk to the manager. He finally made it right, but what’s the point of delivery if we still have to go to the store. Today’s experience is the final straw. My wife bought 3 cheese and pretzel snack packs only to find out when we got home that they expired 11 days ago. I took them in the store to exchange them for some that weren’t expired, but after waiting for a long time, I was told, rudely, that they wouldn’t do anything without the receipt. Other Krogers will look it up on your Kroger card but not this location. My wife dug through the trash and found the receipt. I went back and did my return. The person that did the return was amused by my insistence that I would never shop there again. I even threw out my Kroger card in front of her. She apologized but also kind of made fun of my anger. For $4.50, Kroger has lost a customer forever.

It's the worst Kroger I’ve ever been to. It’s so ghetto in there. The staff was friendly, but the police monitor and the security guard, I wonder how many people walk out with their groceries. It’s such a run-down area of west Nashville. Stay away!!!
FYI, the security guard was doing his job when he would not let the ghetto people in the store, so all they could do was steal… UGH… overall, I love Kroger, but horrible locations ?

Gleason, the blonde hair security guard at the Charlotte Pike location would be fired if I were in charge. The other day he refused to allow myself and two others inside during business hours. It was 9:54pm and locked us out. When I then told him that I was going to complain on him he said, he did not care to go ahead and do it. So for those that are in charge until he is fired or no longer working there I will not go back into this Kroger. That is ridiculous because during operation hours is when you're supposed to be open not locked out 6 minutes before.

Store is very clean. I can always find what I'm looking for. The customer service person and cashier was friendly, greeted immediately and extremely helpful with a particular special order item.

Terribly managed. Constantly out of items. The associates don’t know what is going on and they don’t care at all. The money services has been closed the past 2 times I’ve been there and when asked when it will open the response I got was “whenever someone shows up”.

** DO NOT USE ORDER PICKUP IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE **I would give no stars if I could.I placed an order for online pickup. Apparently, this store is trialing locker pickup. This would be okay. However, I am recovering from a car accident and needed assistance. You need a pin number to access your order. I did not get a pin number. Kiosk says call customer service but gives you no phone number. Out of nowhere, an employee shows up and goes to get my pin number. I told her i needed assistance, and she turned and walked away. I asked her if she could ask a manager to come out to meet me. She said ok. She did not. I started unloading 3 lockers into the cart. I got my cart loaded and headed towards my car. The wheels on the cart lock up before you get to the first parking spot. I am in spot 4. I called the store and spoke to the manager, who had no clue I had already asked for him. He tells me that the wheels on the carts lock at a certain point because of theft. I asked, "Why do locker pickup if you can't get the cart to your car?" No answer. I will state I am all for trying new things to save money and keep prices down. There has to be a way for people to get assistance. An employee should be available to assist. After all, it is a new system. The carts should make it to the cars!!I called Kroger customer service to report these issues as well.
