I unfortunately live close to this Kroger so it’s convenient but regret going every single time. Staff is always unprofessional and rude. There is never more than one lane open forcing you to use self check out. But then the self check outs staff is always sparse and multiple checkouts are either closed or broken. Produce is always very low quality or out of stock. I used to live in Cincinnati and the Krogers there were always very clean and nice so it’s crazy the difference in another city/state.
Giving it two stars bc they are “usually” stocked on mostly everything (but produce) and it’s convenient to get in and out of.

Yea I’ve given this place too many chances. Always out of produce and what produce they have is expired. Employees don’t care about their jobs. Homeless people in parking lot waiting to harass you when you get in/out of your car, even if you have little kids with you. Plan the trips to grocery stores out of Davidson County.

One register open and a line halfway through the front of the store to use this self checkout nonsense. Cost of goods are continuously going up and service is going down while Kroger execs are fat and happy. Shame on you. Taking my business to Publix.

Not the best shopping experience and zero customer service but if you’re looking for great deals on organic products like coconut oils, vitamins and lotions they always go in clearance up to 50% off.

I like going Krogering, this is one of my favorites in the Nashville area. I was checking my sales rec and noticed that they charged me for 2 cases of water instead of the 1 that wanted.....so I called them the very next day and the manger gave me a choice between a refund or a case of water without any hassles. ...of course I had my rec.
The store is always bright and clean and they have security guards 24/7 ****** so I added a star. Go Krogering and ignore the negative post and see for yourself because I'll continue to shopping there

Ask in all a pretty typical Kroger. Not the nicest grocery store in the area but not bad either. This Kroger has a wider variety of groceries available than the Publix down the road, but in my experience the Publix has better quality groceries. If you are going to the store for a full grocery run and need the wide varietyi recommend going to Kroger, if you need high quality produce, meat, seafood, or dairy I recommend the Publix just up the roadm

I was at the Kroger today, Easter Sunday. It was a busy time of day as it was right after church let out. I was unable to find something I needed and asked Marcus for assistance. Not only did he look for the product on his hand-held device, but he took me to the correct aisle. He made sure I was taken care of. Wow!!! You don’t find customer service like this very often. Thank you, Marcus! You deserve a raise!!!!!

I went there yesterday because I was over charged. The African American young lady with the braids was very rude. 1 of my problems was . I bought some pepper. They were buy 1 get 1 free. On my receipt it showed I was charged twice. She told me with an attitude to go back home to get the pepper so she can see which 1 I bought. ? If my receipt shows I got charged twice for the same thing that’s all that matters. I was over charged over $20 for items that’s on sale. I had my phone to show her all of my coupons that I downloaded on my Kroger ap. I also had the sale paper to show her all the items that were on sale. These 2 Krogers on Gallatin rd. Are mind blowing. So I was over charged over $12 for items on sale & I down loaded on my ap & I got an attitude??
