The 3410 and 711 Gallatin Pike location have rude employees and the manager, John Stone straight up said he didn't want our business so we left wirh out getting any money orders. Don't recommend patronizing these locations.

It lacks stock and the bathrooms are beyond DISGUSTING. I was shocked to see the restrooms behind the Starbucks. Idk how they pass health inspections. The smell alone will make you sick.

Things looked organized, easy to find, and I was able to locate what I needed. As I was checking out, the cashier was talking with me, and then interrupted herself to yell at another worker to open up some more lines because people are standing around. I didn't see any customers standing around waiting for lines to open. ? She never picked up her conversation with me where she left off and I just took off after paying. I opted for self checkout on my other visits after that.

The new staff hired in the last month or 2 is very rude, entitled, and a Lil prejudice. Everytime I go in there the new hires act like they aren't working and entitled to not doing their job. They always have a bad attitude when asked for help or a simple question/task. They also act really rude and entitled towards their black co workers. I shop at Publix now. Basically they need Mrs Stacy back managing the front.

The self check-out manager (4/5/24 @1:30ish) made to feel like I was a criminal for asking her to adjust the price of the flowers I purchased. They had a large red sign above them for half price but rung up full price. The sweet lady in flowers even showed the manager the sign of the half price. She made the lady go take down the signs and said "we aren't selling these for that price". She did honor my sale, but she huffed and puffed like I just took her last dollar. I'll stick to Publix for now on!

Always employees standing around and doing nothing , certain employees you can ask them a question if you need help and they look like you are bothering them, if by a miracle they actually listen to the question and answer it ( if you want to call it that) they actually tell me/us/people we know, that they don't know what isle it's on. And don't ask if they will/can help you find an item for your elderly family member because they tell you to go to a different store besides Kroger!!! It's MORE than THIS , but I have to get in bed. Perhaps I can tell more about it at a later date.

The gentrification of East Nashville seems to have made this store way worse off than it was before the renovation. The stock issues are rampant, the restrooms are extremely dirty, it's horrendously understaffed and the employees that do exist clearly don't want to be there. Evidently Kroger doesn't pay nearly enough to cover the cost of living.
