Ann at this Kroger pharmacy just made a big town feel like a small town. So helpful for my wife and called to make sure she got everything for our son. Thankful for people like Ann

I only go here for quick visits when it's convenient. Getting help in the deli or money center can prove very time consuming as you wait for assistance. I actually will never go to the deli there again after multiple times where an employee completely ignored me to stock the grab and go foods. I mean not even the courtesy of "I'll be right with you." & last time after making me wait 5-10 minutes she was incredibly rude. In fact, another employee had to step in as she began to argue with me about how thin the meat can be sliced, when I get the same thing every time.. the staff there is definitely not my favorite bunch. I'll stick to Green Hills for my Kroger needs!

Received extremely bad service today at this Kroger. They had a sign for sausage on sale which didn't ring up properly. I took a picture of the sign just in case because I hate it when pricing doesn't ring up properly for advertised sale items. The teller kept asking if we got the right thing even though I showed him the item matched the sale sign exactly and had provided the picture of the sale sign. He acted extremely inconvenienced that he had to manually price adjust the 2 items that rang up incorrectly. But I was patient and waited until he was done without commenting. Afterwards, I suggested that perhaps they may want to remove the sale sign so that they don't have to keep price matching for other people if the sale was over since there was still a ton of sausage in the sale bin. He was upset and said there was no way for him to do that and that it was not his job. It was the pricing department's job. Seems like he was just being lazy and being an ass. Kroger step up your customer service...

I have always loved this pharmacy, the people have always been so nice, until today. My father, a PRACTICING OB/GYN, has been prescribing my birth control for eight years, and it has never been a problem. I got a call today, and as soon as I answered the phone, Adam was SO rude. He told me he would not be filling it due to my father calling it in for me because it was against state medical boards. (looked it up, NOT true, because this is what my father specializes in.) I told him it’s never been a problem before, and he then proceeded to basically call me and my father d*** for not knowing said information. I try to tell him that I still have refills that need to be filled in November, but I can’t even get to the fact that they don’t need to be refilled until then because as soon as I said I still have refills, he cut me off, basically screaming at me and said “well he can’t do that.” I tell him he cut me off and I try to finish it, and he just snaps back at me. I ended up hanging up. I will be speaking to the pharmacy supervisor about this.

Used Kroger Clicklist for this location and did a pickup time at 3pm-3:30pm. showed up at 3pm and checked in via the app. After 15 minutes called the number on the sign since there had been no other pickups since I had been waiting, the call kept going unanswered. Called the store number for customer service... no answer. After 25 minutes walked in store to customer service to be told they had no one working clicklist from 3pm-4pm (during my pick up window). Finally they found someone to go "find my order" - after another 10 minutes, I walked someone out to my car with my groceries. No one was apologetic for the inconvenience. I had used clicklist because I have a 6 day old newborn at home with my mother and typically at other Kroger's they are very timely. I will not be going back to this location and using clicklist!

Not my normal Kroger but was in the area and needed a few things so ran in for a quick trip. This store seemed much smaller than most but I didn't notice anything particularly missing when I ran in for a quick trip. Always check the digital coupons online for additional savings and help save a little in these inflationary times!

Kroger green hills used to be great. It is mediocre at best now. They have moved the store completely around and now it takes me forever to shop as I have to go down every single aisle in order not to back track. This is not efficient and annoys me especially when they can't keep some items in stock. Now I know I am not expecting too much because the Publix grocery store has items fully in stock and it is a more pleasant atmosphere. Lately the parking lot at Kroger is PACKED! But the store doesn't appear that busy. That is until you are ready to ring up and then you get to stand in a Walmart like line as one register with a person is there or you get to do the delightful ring yourself up crap that I loathe. Also god forbid you have a problem and Keri has to wait on you. She's one bossy and rude lady. I hope they can hire some kinder people as my two favorite people just retired, but luckily Regina is still there. She's fabulous people!!

I love, love, love this Kroger. It is like the ultimate neighborhood grocery store. Although there is a shortage of workers everywhere in every business, this staff is exceptional, going above and beyond. They are always friendly!

They are pleasant, efficient and take care of their customers! That’s the case, even though they are always busy.

Ordered deli meat online choosing their available pickup time. As I’m two minutes away from the store, I received a call from Kroger saying there was nobody working in the deli today, and my order was unavailable. This a grocery store with a deli where nobody is working?! Absurd! Now I had to go to Publix and wait for them. I could have save a few hours of my day and just ordered from them in the first place. If you’re going to have an online order option, there shouldn’t be a way to order something that’s unavailable.

I just moved to Nashville and am not used to Kroger for my weekly shopping. This location is close to my house but after a couple trips here I will now only go for something I've forgotten or a real quick trip. There is a woman that works the deli that is horrible. She never wants to cut meat from behind the deli. She has been rude on multiple occasions and acted so put out to do her job. The last time my husband went there and asked for a specific kind of lunch meat and of course when he got it home it was not the correct brand. My husband went there again today to get some lunch meat and the lady said, "I don't feel like cutting meat today, come back in 45 minutes and I'll do it for you, I have other stuff to do"....REALLY??!!! My husband spoke to the manager and they actually defended her behavior saying she's all alone on Sunday's and is busy...WTH....it's her JOB!! Come back in 45 minutes?? NO!! I am disgusted with the attitude and service. The manager went and cut it herself instead of making that woman do her job! We will never step foot in there again. It's sad the world we live in now where this kind of service is excused and acceptable. If you don't like your job....move on!

Most of the time if you have seen one Kroger, you have seen majority of them...however this location was different than most that I have visited and still frequent to this day. Mainly the size and layout with this location threw me off, as it was tiny for a Kroger and given that size difference, the layout and flow did not really work as well as the larger locations. In addition to the size, which is understandable as you can only do so much with the space you have...the condition of the store was less than stellar. It was definitely older, dated and worn. We swung by for a few items to hold us over for the night, mainly snacks and bottled water/drinks. Out of the six things we were after, we had to pivot to other items on three of them as they were out of stock. Parking is not an issue as they have their own dedicated lot, but also share the larger shopping center lot and deck with the other businesses. Service also left something to be desired. We did self check-out and the young lady who was watching the registers was nose deep in his phone and was actively having a conversation with someone. When we needed assistance I had to go get him and during his assistance, he continued having his phone conversation and did not speak to us at all. Very bold and odd for a Kroger. Overall, not my greatest experience at a Kroger and honestly, I would be upset if this was my neighborhood Kroger. I would definitely be driving a few more miles to avoid frequenting this location.
