The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Tiffany greets me by name and searches for the best price for my meds.

Not sure where all the negative reviews come from, but this pharmacy (and staff) has been EXCELLENT compared to the experiences I had previously at Walgreens. They are quick to answer the phone, are always calm and friendly (I used to loathe calling Walgreens cause they made you feel like the biggest burden), and any times I have had issues with my scripts or dr’s orders they have gone above and beyond to help remedy. I am really bad with remembering names, but the young Asian woman and younger black woman (with the same health condition I have), are two of the nicest and most thoughtful pharm staff I’ve encountered in my now years long health journey of interacting with too many health workers to count. When I stopped in most recently, the younger Asian lady remembered a conversation I had with her weeks prior, about switching doctors and feeling kind of overwhelmed by my diagnosis, and made sure to ask me really thoughtful and specific questions about how it was all going. This is the kind of thoughtfulness I would expect from my PCP, but wouldn’t expect to receive from pharm staff. As a normally critical person, I have to think people leaving this pharmacy such poor reviews must be going through stressful or difficult periods in their life, because it is so opposite any experiences I’ve had.

Have been very disappointed with Kroger for the at least last eight months now. Let's talk parking first. I understand handicap parking I even understand expectant moms but, there is no way that many handicap are going to be at the store all at the same time. Plus let's add the Kroger grocery pickup right in the center of the parking lot. Parking is ridiculous. Let's talk checkout. Was in the store early on Saturday morning. Had out if town company coming in go to checkout no one there. Find a human and say anyone checking out? Nope no cashiers till 8. Go to self check had no choice. So much for pleasing the customer. Every item that was on sale or had a Kroger discount rang up regular price. That woman spent way to much unnecessary time having to correct my order. I spent unnecessary time having to wait for here to run around the store to find out if I was telling her the truth. Tea, let's talk that price 2.99 a gallon but only one gallon on shelf so 2 quarts would make a gallon. Really the price of the quart was the exact same price as a gallon 2.99. Now, what sense did that make. Had to wait another 30 minutes for them to get approval on a price. This store is sad no parking, no cashiers and screwing the customer on prices. No longer for me.

I wouldn't recommend this Kroger if there's a closer one you can go to. We've always had a problem checking out as the prices ring up higher than they are posted under the item and need help getting that corrected. I wouldn't mind the wait each time if the staff was nice about it. However, this most recent time, the staff said they wouldn't honor the posted price and that whatever rang up in the system was the final say. There are a few nice employees but the majority have been rude to my husband and I when we've needed assistance. The interior is also not the cleanest or very organized/welcoming. Shantel helped us fix the mis-marked prices this last time we needed help after we had been waiting for assistance for over 15 minutes, and we really appreciated her help. One manager in particular, Tina, was especially unfriendly to us and is the reason we will probably not be returning, even though it's the closest Kroger to us. We hope they can get their systems working better soon and that they can speak to the employees about their customer service.

I came into this store tonight at 9:55pm and was told by the security guard that I couldn't come in and all I wanted was the atm machine I didn't want anything else and he told me no sorry his boss said no! So I called his customer service and was told to come back that as long as I was in the doors by 10:00 I was ok! Now why would I want go back to a place that treats customers like that! I do instacart so I will make sure when I get an order to go to this Krogers I will go to another from here on out, I will never step a foot into that krogers and it's all because a security guard was acting ugly to me and I wanted this atm bc it was free

Came in yesterday night and was harassed by the security guard via intimidation tactics. Told him he needed to be wearing a mask and he proceeded to follow me around the store the whole time telling me I had 5 minutes left to shop when the store was open for at least another 30 minutes. (I had just head the announcement right before he told me this.) officer Willis who works night shifts should be strongly reconsidered working in that position. It not a very comfortable shopping environment when a police officer is trying to intimidate the shoppers. I felt extremely uncomfortable and recoded the entire experience. I will be letting more people know about this.

I hate to write this but after over 12 years were pulling our prescriptions for both of us and moving on. The pharmacist Cindi is awful to deal with making a visit to the pharmacy awful! She is short with you and acts like your an inconvenience. Now the other employees and the other pharmacist "I believe Janice" are rock stars, especially Tiffany who is the best!! Again, I hate to write this but there's way too many better places to go where you won't get treated like the customers do . By the way, it is the conversation topic while standing in line, she's that bad.

Always polite and friendly. Transferring my daughter's prescription hit many snags but they were very helpful

This is the worst Kroger on Earth, brainless managers, cashiers that have no idea how to make change, extremely slow express lanes and poorly trained employees, what a f****** disgrace. Also, I had a checker tell another customer to learn patience or go to another line, seems like bad customer service igyou ask me. They never have any grocery baggers around, and when they do have them, they place dishwasher soap in with Chicken, we saw that and asked them to put it in another bag, my wife and I will no longer shop at that store, absolutely the worst.

Head one in charge is rude!

The pharmacist, in particular, is one of the most rude, disrespectful people I've come in contact with to ever pick up my medication from. If soft skills classes are available for her, I suggest her take them twice!

This is Kroger. Great pricing and selection. There are Plenty of self checkout lanes. The staff is most helpful and always ready to assist. This stir is very clean and well organized.
