Dan at the pharmacy has always been so helpful and friendly to me. He will offer suggestions that are helpful.
The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable as well; he has been the one to always give me the vaccines with no issues.

I have been a customer of this location for 5 years and they have faced their struggles with a tornado and staffing issues, but they definitely make up for the issues with friendly customer service. Jason is by far one of the best employees at this location. He deserves all of the gold stars!

Worst pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune of going to. Their system is routinely broken, booting my prescriptions out of the computer entirely, giving their own staff incorrect stock information, or setting arbitrary and nonsensical refill time restrictions. 38 day refill times for a 28 day supply? Seriously?
Beyond that, they are desperate to get you to schedule refills a week in advance, despite not allowing said refills to be requested until the day the medication runs out. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT even attempt to make sense of this pharmacy if your prescription is anything other than a 30 day supply of a common pill. They clearly can't handle anything else.

I want to recognize Dan, a member of the pharmacy team, for his outstanding customer service today. He went above and beyond to help me today on multiple occasions with my medications. I wanted to express my gratitude to the pharmacy assistant Christina in Hermitage on Old Hickory. She was extremely helpful and kind and so professional. My health insurance is extremely expensive with my prescriptions. I had signed up with the Kroger plan to get a discounted price. I had left my card at home and had to retrieve the one that Kroger sent me online. She was so patient with me and gave me the discounted price so my insurance wouldn't charge me. Thank you Christina for your hardwork and your kindness!!!

I love this Kroger and especially love the pharmacy. I’ve been using this location for 30 years. The pharmacist and Techs are great but there’s one person that works in the pharmacy. His name is Dan at the Old Hickory Boulevard location in Northlake Village. He is outstanding. I love it when he answers the phone. I am pretty much homebound and so it’s hard for me to get out and come to the store myself I finally met him today and he was what I thought he would be and he has always been so helpful when I call and I was really glad to finally meet him because he handles my prescriptions with care, knowledge and dignity. He is definitely a Keeper
