Alerted Monday that a prescription was ready. Went by Tuesday to pick it up and was told that it was being filled Wednesday because they were out of inventory. This has happened more often than not.Went by Thursday at 8:10 because Google said they’re open at 8:00. Closed with on one in sight.Posting this because there is never a manager at this store present, so hoping for action.

Pharmacist Adam went the extra mile to find a Kroger that had the shingles eye ointment that I needed (his pharmacy did not have it) and he did the research to find a coupon to take the price from $350 to $35.00. I really appreciated his care and service!

They filled my last minute script right before closing ?. My impression is that all pharmacies are overloaded but this Kroger is trying to keep its head above water so I'm grateful.

Pharmacy is awful, called in my prescriptions over 24 hours ahead of time. Once I was told they were ready, I came to pickup and was told I had none in the system. Awful communication between store employees as well as with customers. This has happened every time I've tried picking up here.

I have lived near this Kroger for years. I go in fairly regularly, often deciding what I am going to eat based on what meat is on manager special. It has never been a great Kroger, but it has gone way downhill lately. Talking to old employees, management is a big part of the problem, and I have noticed many employees that have been there for years have left the store. The positive is Kroger pricing, of course. With careful shopping, I can do well at Publix across the street, which is a pleasure in comparison, but there are a few things I know are normally less expensive (I did mention manager's specials?). The problems are numerous. While there are many good employees, a few have really bad attitudes. The aisles are full of all sorts of displays and they have changed to day restocking and often fill the aisles with palettes, making it very difficult to get to products. On top of this, I find many of the employees have no clue where products are. Even with stocking during the day, they are often out of so many products, I won't shop there on weekends. Yes, I know some of this can be equated to COVID, but the Publix across the street does not suffer from the same issues, making me suspect a lack of proper ordering is at least part of the issue.

Good sized supermarket conveniently located off of a main road. They feature some decent deals, while in the meat department I saw they had some very competitive pricing. They also had some very interesting wines. Unfortunately, I was in there before 10 a.m. which is when you can buy it.

Always sweet employees, fresh veggies + fruits and their flower / plant section can't be beat! The Hwy 100 location is fantastic, rivals the Green Hills store any day.

I am in my first year of Medicare and am still trying to understand the price structures. I knew at the end of the year I would need to refill my most expensive medicine. I ordered a refill on Dec. 24. I got notice on the 30th it was ready. I got to the drive through on Dec. 31. They only had one canister and it should have been three. The order was for 3 and the stated cost was $116.00, The young lady at the window told me she would reorder and the cost would be the same. I arrive at the pharmacy yesterday. My 3 canisters were now $575 but dated Jan 1 - not Dec 24 when the order was place. The pharmacist and I had a review of the last two weeks. She took it on herself to fix the issue. The final cost was $125. She save me $450 to start my Happy New Year. It is nice to see customer service in action.

I love my neighborhood Kroger, but there is a really weird attendant that works at the self checkout area. He always gets way too close to me when I am checking out just so he can get my basket. He once jumped in front of me so he could ring up my avocado, and I didn't really appreciate it. I'm a grown man and I've been ringing up my own avocados for longer than this guy has been employable. There is something little EVERY time I go through self-scan which is where I go when I'm not really trying to interact with anyone. He stands almost directly in my way so he can greet me, and I find his greetings to be sarcastic or sycophantic. The last incident was that he again stood in my way on my way out with my groceries and he said "good luck, sir" which I found to be sarcastic and disrespectful. Good luck for what? Tell this guy to tone it down. You know exactly who it is.

Really nice staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They are very patient and answer questions. They also helped me to figure out what option was the least expensive for a prescription I was picking up. That was well above and beyond.
