Guy trying to help me at the drive through window, has a mask on, I can't understand what he's trying to say. He's talking through a mask and acting like I have the problem. Tells me if I can't hear to come inside, slams the phone down and walks away. I had no problem hearing the person that removed the mask from their mouth when talking through a microphone. Poor poor service.

I have gone to this pharmacy for years and it has always been a good experience, for the most part. I can’t imagine how difficult it probably is dealing with people who are sick, in pain and not feeling well everyday. Today I did not have a good experience with a gentleman at the drive thru window. I did not appreciate how he responded to me and I thought he was extremely rude. The other person working there and the pharmacist both refused to give me his name and defended him. Was I being overly sensitive because I was tired from lack of sleep and being in pain? More than likely, yes. Could I have just ignored his frustration, the roll of his eyes, tone of voice with me because I came back at 8-9 minutes after being told 10 minutes? Yes, sure. I could let all of it go and just chalk it up to everyone having a bad day or a possible miscommunication. However, what they don’t seem to realize is that it’s not what you say, but how you say it. Yes, I realize 10 minutes is not a long time to wait-I would have been fine coming back later as I have done many many times in the past when my order wasn’t ready when they said it would be. I do realize they are busy and short handed like most businesses these days. An “ I’m sorry” goes a long way. If the prescription is going to take 10 minutes to be filled, just tell the customer 20-30 minutes to be safe. You don’t have to scold them like a child. I just decided that I’m not going to continue to give this location my business. I’m going to take my chances and go somewhere else in the area. They will not care that they lost a good customer. I just do not want to support a business who treats me this way and luckily I don’t have to.

Best pharmacy I have ever been to. So kind and patient. Courtney is the best and so is the gentleman pharmacist. The pharmacy techs are always friendly. Really grateful for this incredible team of people.

COURTNEY is the absolute BEST! She is the only pharmacist at this location that sincerely cares she went above and beyond to get me my medicine when NOBODY else cared even my insurance company. COURTNEY if you see this Bless you! ❤️

Courtney is one of the best pharmacists I have ever dealt with. Sometimes, they do get busy, but if you can avoid the high traffic times, this is the best and most helpful Kroger pharmacy that I've been to.

Much like the last person, I dealt with someone who was rude and even hung up on me. Thankfully, I spoke to another person when I called back, and she was nice enough to help me. I would avoid this pharmacy if you can.

They never answer their phone and when you leave a message they never call back or refill your meds. It's so frustrating!!

Not helpful - and close too early. I work late and am not able to get there by 8pm (their new hours) so they cancelled my prescriptions. They still continued to tell me they were ready so I didn't know I needed to call and have them prepare them again. When I showed up to get them they weren't ready. I've now missed two (probably 3 after today) days of a prescription you are not supposed to skip days.

Very nice and friendly. Also very respectful and professional, I take a lot of meds for epilepsy. They take great care of me!
