Donna and the crew here at 61 East Thompson Lane are the absolute BEST! Always pleasant, prompt and professional. I looked forward to seeing them anytime I would stop by the pharmacy. A 10/10 indeed!

We started using this pharmacy a few months ago and have had the BEST experience! Everyone is super friendly, helpful and honestly some of the best customer service I’ve had ever with a pharmacy. We are moving soon, but I am tempted to still come here because my experience has been so positive. Cannot recommendthem enough!

This Kroger Pharmacy @ 5771 Nolensville Pike 37211 is the WORST!!!!One person does't know their buttocks from their head. I have to call each month, speak with a pharmacist (not a tech) and try to get the refills I need. This instance I called on 3/19/21 confirmed wHICH meds need to be refilled and when I got the text that they were ready on 3/26/23 I go over on 3/28/23 and find only ONE is refilled. The others NOT REFILLED. So WHY BOTHER EVEN CALLING and speaking to the Pharmacist at all!!!!! Now once again I have to wait and get the refills done, .... when the pharmacy gets around to it.. WHAT a waste of MY TIME. Calling, going there, arguing, going back and then repeating it all the next time the refills are needed. Does anyone have a work ethic, does anyone have a brain!!NOT!

Minh the pharmacist has the demeanor of a narcissistic adolescent girl, not a grown woman in the working world.She loses her composure when you ask simple, straightforward questions. Then tries to be slick and passive aggressive in her communication style as if no one can notice.Odd career choice. She chooses to work with people yet can hardly mask her disdain for them. She doesn't seem to be able to get through a sentence without slurring her words or raising her voice.I'm sure the guys stocking shelves could use some help. The pharmacist thing doesn't seem to suit her.

It’s Saturday Nov 5th at 11:38 AM. The pharmacy is open. I am on the phone calling & the phone has been ringing now for 8 minutes straight & still no answer?!

This stores prices are consistently wrong and they over charge. They no longer give the item for free when you are charged incorrectly. The save five dollars off of five items rarely rings correctly even when you are 100% sure you are buying participating items. The digital coupons are hit and miss. It's a gamble getting charged the right price and an even bigger gamble to get a sale price. I've been shopping at this Kroger as long as it has been opened and even shopped at the old Kroger where the Dollar General now is. It's just gone downhill. There was a time I did all of my shopping at Kroger but now it has become a necessary evil because of location sometimes. Long ago I could definitely recommend them but now I do not.

I love my Kroger pharmacy! Everyone who works there are always friendly and listen to your needs and questions. There have been a couple mistakes made concerning me given someone else’s medicine.None of us are perfect and with the amount of stress the staff has I don’t see how they keep it together. I say God Bless them and THANK YOU KROGER PHARMACY for being so good at your job.

I witnessed a very disturbing interaction today between the pharmacist (tall blond man, obviously the one in charge.) and a customer today. First of all there must have been at least 6 employees working, and there was only one customer at the counter, and yet no one helped me for about 7 minutes which is why I witnessed this interaction. The woman was trying to tell the pharmacist she had not yet picked up a certain prescription, and the pharmacist was looking at his computer and insisting that she had already picked it up. He was EXTREMELY patronizing. Facial expressions, tone of voice… everything. He told her she needed to “go home and read the labels on her medications.” This went on for about about 7 minutes. Finally, he went back and found the prescription she was asking for, which apparently had been mixed up by one of the other employees. Without saying a word to the woman he had just been arguing with for 7 minutes, he angrily called the name of the employee who had apparently made the mix up and let him know he had made the mistake. Again, body language and tone of voice very patronizing and condescending. HE DIDN’T EVEN APOLOGIZE to this customer he had argued with!? Why didn’t he check the medication right when she said she hadn’t gotten it yet?! As the manager, he should have at least apologized for the mistake and furthermore for his own behavior towards her!! I also have to mention that this customer was a woman of color, wearing a head covering and based on her accent was obviously an immigrant. I can’t help but think that if it had been me - a white American man - in her place, I would not have had been argued with for so long and definitely would not have been talked to in such a condescending manner. I was honestly shocked. And when I politely told him I thought he owed her an apology, he angrily replied that it was his employee who messed up and not him. Again… just poor leadership. You don’t throw your team under the bus in front of clientele. So unprofessional and frankly just emotionally disturbing. Maybe this pharmacist is just rude to everyone indiscriminately … but it felt like I was witnessing xenophobic, racist misogyny.
